Went at 4:15 PM on a Friday. Store closed, no signage. No one answered the phone. Door says 10-6 Mon-Fri, 10-5 on Sat. Website says 10-5 Mon-Sat. Either way it wasn’t open and we already had our artwork in the car so took it elsewhere. Sadly would have been more convenient if they were open. Or at least some sort of indication as to why they were closed.

Beautiful work! The frame was just perfect for the print I brought in - Max gave awesome advice and also took the time to make sure the frame was the right one! My Owl print looks amazing!!

Best frame shop I've been to in the area. Brought a canvas oil painting there with a rough idea of how I wanted it framed but ended up leaning quite a bit on their input/expertise, and I definitely did not regret doing so. While the cost was a bit up there, you really do get what you're paying for. Much higher caliber of work than Michael's/Framebridge/etc, and even a notch higher than other independent frame shops I've been to. Highly recommended.

Max has a very well-trained eye, he is nothing short of a Sommelier for color and contrast. I asked him to shadow box an ancient firearm for me and he identified complementary hues of pink and green in what only appeared as a gray piece of metal in my eyes. The box he created was made with machine like precision and looks much deeper and more cavernous than it actually is. Highly recommend his work to anyone who's serious about preserving and displaying their art or artifacts.

We have taken several pieces here for framing when we wanted something special done that would hang on our walls for years - a print with an ancestor in it, a children's portrait, a newspaper article, a copy of one of our favourite paintings. Max is always so thoughtful in helping us design something that enhances and compliments the art.

Max is amazing, his work is beyond expectations! We have had several framing projects completed and our satisfaction goes beyond just the quality of the work. Max is able to look at a piece and enhance the beauty so that a framing project turns into a piece of art. His shop is a joy to browse through, wish we had more walls so that we could indulge in additional pieces of beauty. Thank you Max, we are delighted with your efforts and know that the pieces you have finished for us will be loved for years to come.

Last year, I was looking to frame a canvas for an XMAS present for my husband and knew I needed some professional help - no on-line, mass produced frame would do it justice. I saw the reviews for Framer's Edge and called a few weeks before Christmas to see if I had missed the cutoff, but the nice man on the phone told me to come on down. Readers, I think Max from Framer's must be one of Santa's elves in disguise, because he was AMAZING! First, when I walked in I was immediately amazed (overwhelmed, to tell the truth) with the amount of options to choose from - there is something for everyone in here. Second, when Max saw the print I was having framed, he wasn't judgey (it's pretty intense) - he actually seemed thrilled to help me and excited to find something to make it the most awesome present ever. Third, he made the process SO EASY - like I said there were millions of options, and after we had chatted for a bit, he went through and picked a handful of pitch-perfect options for me to choose from for each section of it (frame, matte, trim, etc.). Instead of being overwhelmed, I was presented with a curated selection, which made me excited to see when I liked best. Fourth, Max was SUPER easy to chat with - no sales pitch, no pressure, no sneaky swaps - he brought over things he thought would work, with various price points, and NEVER pressured me to go with the expensive options. He made sure I understood the pricing before I committed to anything and even let me know I didn't need the most expensive glass. He was easygoing, helpful, professional, and the end result was breathtaking. I really feel he was super psyched about it as I was. And all in time for XMAS! Anyway, Max rocks! Framer's Edge rocks! The photo isn't the best, but the work is!

We've bought original paintings at Framers Edge as well as several custom frames over the past several years. I can't "picture" a better place to do business. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, their work was excellent and the prices very reasonable. I was there recently and saw that they are taking all the necessary precautions for Covid so it's safe to shop there... but they do curbside pickup as well if necessary.

Framers Edge is top notch. I had the pleasure of dealing with Max, whose creative depth, knowledge, his willingness to work with you to find the perfect frame, and his kind and helpful spirit, are attributes you want when framing your artwork. Max made both of my oil paintings come alive, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the end result. Max was amazing in the incredibly beautiful and artistically appealing frame design that he chose for my piece of artwork. So patient, affable and nice, he and the ladies made the whole experience wonderful. I could not recommend this place enough I went to get a family collage done couldn’t of been more helpful and insightful for what ultimately had planned. Felt as tho I was dealing with a professional that actually surpassed my expectations. The item I had done came out beautifully and was worth every penny which was very reasonable for what I had done . I never felt rushed or like I was just an average customer they make you feel at home and could not be nicer . After the nice I also got a A+ family collage back that my family will treasure for generations. In my review I say 5 stars, 100% , 10/10 !
