The other day as my husband and I were coming from breakfast, I went into the salon to ask about pricing for a facial, I was greeted very warmly and was asked what I needed help with and I asked if I could have a price list. Once I said what I wanted, I was referred to a salon down the street. So I asked if they didn't do facials here, and she said, "I am the owner here, so believe me that's the place you want." I looked at her as to say, "I understand," then left. Have you ever known a business specializing in an industry sending you to their competitor??? Things that make you say hummm.

I'm a first time client. Had a three o'clock appointment after my original appointment was cancelled which was fine. Was told she blocked two hours for me and just had a child's haircut to do in between. Showed up on time with three people ahead of me waited two hours and still wasn't in the chair. I only stayed as I was so excited to get a new haircut and color and the fact that the owners mother was so sweet and lovely and got me tea and cookies as I waited. It was now 5pm and I told the owner I had dinner plans at 6:30 with friends. She copped an attitude and said what's more important, your hair or your friends? I stated, my friends. She said "Super Cuts is still open. I left and am never going back.

beware....I made a 1:30 appointment with the owner and I came to the salon early that day. I can see salons being behind 15-20 minutes for an appointment, but not an hour and a half. I sat there waiting patiently and the owner made no attempt to apologize me to after an hour and 20 minutes of waiting. So unprofessional and just rude. I can see why half the hair dressers that used to do my hair here left.

I walked in at the last minute because I was to lazy to wash and dry my hair. I seen Catlyn and she is a hair magician! She did my hair so well I see her all the time whenever I am lazy. Joanne is a nice owner and always comes over to say hello and I always feel welcome. I feel Yelp is the devil and feeds off drama and only posts negative reviews on business . This salon also has a nice selection of accessories that I end up buying so many things on my way out. Thank you Girls !
