Called the store to see if they have a product in store , the woman very strong Spanish accent was very rude and told me to come in she doesn’t have time to look it up , when i told her I’m not even from here if she can look it up from me so i don’t have to waste my time going there and she rudely said no i cannot do that I’m busy and hung up

I recently stopped by for some back to work shopping and the costumer service was very good. I love how bilingual they are which was very helpful. very nice experience

Costumer service is rude and dosent even acknowledged costumers, they make you feel like you are bothering them, always on the phone, and fitting rooms are always close, I used to love the store but will not be coming back to this one.

This store has terrible customer service. The manager is unprofessional, the employees aren’t bilingual, and they make up rules to do the least amount of work possible. I walk in and no one attempts to engage even though they are standing idly. The music isn’t on and one has an overall feeling that they aren’t welcome. The dressing rooms are routinely closed and the customers are told to buy and return what doesn’t fit. Too bad. I really liked Guess.Note… I have spoken to customer service. The problem isn’t the company. The problem is the accountability of these employees.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and this day was the final straw. All they do is speak Spanish and are super slow and unprofessional. They yell to communicate with each other in front of customers and never ask if we need assistance. Ugh terrible ?

I used to buy all my close at that store till Christmas of 2022, I try to return item that I bought 2 weeks ago , the employee was so rude and too pick just because the item I try to return doesn’t have the tag, but at the mean time I have the receipt, so from now on I don’t buy anything from that store anymore,

Today I went to the store , at the time the employee saw me 15.00 minute before 8.00 pm she run into the store and close the door right a way. I think that was too rude from her, and give me bad impresión in how the Store operate.
