Talking about being jerked around. Went through all their hoops was told don’t make December house payment or January because the loan was closing only to be called in December 20 that we had to make the December payment but by that time had reappropiated the money to pay other debts we scrambled and got the payment made late. We were then told we would not get the loan because we were late with the payment. SMH. What a waste of time, money for inspection and effort. What a joke this bank is

I am not one to write reviews but I had to after my experience with Harbor Mortgage Solutions. I am a first time home buyer and received exceptional service from Whalen and Chris. They beat the rate I got with my pre-approval company, communicated throughout the process, explained everything in great detail and were always pleasant to talk to. They made the entire process so seamless. I would recommend them to anyone who is need of a mortgage.

Downsizing to our new Plymouth home was complicated. Chris Downey of Harbor Mortgage Solutions helped keep it simple.
