I had an unforgettable experience at Hollister, thanks to a wonderful colored Brazilian boy with curly hair, who was incredibly helpful as I navigated one of the most difficult moments of my life. I was there looking for the perfect outfit to wear while I broke up with my cheating husband of 30 years. Needless to say, I was feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, and unsure of where to start.
This young man immediately noticed my anxiety and approached me with such warmth and kindness. He listened to my story and without hesitation, began offering thoughtful suggestions, not just about clothing, but also about how to feel confident in such a difficult moment. The outfit he helped me pick out was exactly what I needed—stylish, empowering, and made me feel like I was stepping into a new chapter of my life.
His expertise in fashion and his genuine care for my situation turned an ordinary shopping trip into a life-changing experience. I felt supported and uplifted by his presence, and I will always remember his help in making me feel strong and beautiful during such a painful time. Thank you, Hollister, for having such an incredible employee who went above and beyond!

One of the better Hollister stores around. Great selection of items and the sales here are pretty good. Employees are hit or miss like most Hollister stores. Some want to give you a hand and others seem to forget that they are at work. Otherwise, still a good place to get some quality clothes.

Love the clothes, dislike going in store. The fitting rooms are disgustingly dusty as if they are never actually cleaned (yes even during the pandemic), just clothes removed. The customer service is sub par and not consistent. I sent my sister here to get a Christmas gift for my son. I forgot how much I dislike going in store until she expressed how unimpressed she was by the service... The store was a mess and an associate was rude to her. Needless to say she didn't end up getting anything. Her experience is what prompted me to go ahead and drop a review.

Always a great clothing store to visit. I found a nice shirt I wanted to buy, but they didn't have my size.The sales staff suggested that I order my shirt online.This worked out fine.There's always something new to find at this store in the Braintree Mall.
