“I came here on a mission to find the perfect 14k gold necklace chain to hold a shell urn holding my mother’s ashes. The place is nice looking and you get a personal experience with the associates. I had originally purchased a beautiful 14k solid gold twist looking chain for the urn. I payed good money for it and then made it home and realized that even though it fit the urn it was taking beauty away from the urn. So I contacted them by phone and they told me to come in and we would figure something out. Needless to say, I ended up finding something even better within a much lower price range and to my satisfaction, it definitely has its beauty without being the center of attention. Scott gladly made the exchange and retuned some of my money even though they don’t typically do that. Overall my shopping experience was a positive one and would visit again in a heartbeat for other pieces.
