Josephine was amazing. Finally I found someone to do my Mama's hair. She was kind, patient and just all around lovely. I'm excited to take my mom back. Note: my mom is 80 with Alzheimers. One of her favorite things is getting her hair done. I had tried countless places and no salon brought Josephine's level of pizazz that I was looking for to make my mom's day.Services: Blowouts

This is in response to the review by Victoria Freeman. I have been involved in the rental of the apartment in question for the last 5 years. Victoria Freeman has never rented this apartment. If she was living there, as her review implies, she was doing so illegally, i.e. not according to the terms of the lease agreement. Also, I find it very inappropriate for her to be writing these comments under the heading for the hair salon. The owner of the apartment and hair salon is not as described in Victoria Freeman's review! Please disregard Victoria Freeman's review - she doesn't know what she's talking about!

This is not in regards to the hair salon, but the home she rents out of the hair salon. She is a very nosy landlord - beware. Things break in the house and they will not fix them. If you have a friend sleep over and she hears them in the house, she freaks out and tries to charge extra rent for somebody extra living in the house. Every morning you can hear her loud-talking to her clients in the hair salon, hear full conversations while you are trying to sleep. The house is cold and drafty. The bedrooms have slanted ceilings the area they are advertised at is a lot smaller than they lead you to believe. The only up side to this is the location is good and close to braintree center, and that the driveway is HUGE and can fit a lot of cars.. not that you would want to invite anyone over.
