Ian, Michael and JP are the kindest (and most fastidious) crew of bike experts a guy could wish for! They had my bike built and tuned to perfection in no time. As a newbie to the east coast, I was looking for a LBS that had all these attributes and got lucky enough to find one on my first shot. Will absolutely be back for top tier service.

Dropped my son’s bike off and we quickly went over what was wrong with it and any issues they saw. Was given an estimate of products/service. Very knowledgeable staff. Bike was repaired and returned in perfect condition.

came here and paid $300 to get my bike serviced because i needed the breaks fixed and new tires, they gave me probably the cheapest tires and my rear brake was super mushy. i paid $300 for practically nothing. wont ever be coming here again ??

The salesperson was awesome. On his own, he helped us by transporting the bikes to Norwood location - closer to our home. Making it easier for us to pick up the bikes.

I had a great experience at Landry’s Bicycles today while getting my son’s SE bike serviced. The store was clean and inviting, and we were warmly greeted upon arrival. Ian at the service desk provided exceptional customer service—his professionalism, communication, and passion for his work really stood out. I recently purchased a Santa Cruz Hightower mountain bike from Landry’s, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable.
