I had a great experience at Loft in Braintree recently. The Sales Associate that assisted me named Cathy helped me find multiple outfits that I love. I even got some compliments on them at work.
I would not have tried on some of the different selections she suggested to me because of my confidence level and lack of instinct when it comes to picking out clothes, but she encouraged me without any pressure to give them a try.
It was a successful shopping experience. I will be back.

The clothes over there is really good and they also help you get your fitting room ready food for and ask if you needed help with anything

Arrived at store at 7:59 to drop off online return. Doors already locked and nobody would make eye contact. Called phone and somebody answered and still wouldn’t let me in. I get it, I was late (didn’t realize they closed earlier on Wednesday) but still disappointing service.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. DO NOT SHOP LOFT ONLINE. The employees at this store are an absolute nightmare to deal with and as other reviews have mentioned, LOFT has the ABSOLUTE WORST RETURN POLICY EVER. I tried to return a pair of pants that did not fit just past 30 days and I understood that I could only get store credit. I did not, however, anticipate them trying to give me HALF of what I spent in store credit. They told me that they could only give me $16.99 because "that was the current value of the pants" and they would NOT give me back what I spent which was about $34I had become a loyal customer up until this experience and I will never shop at LOFT again as a result.

The one place I never have to try on the clothes. The quality of clothing is wonderful. I'm past 55 and their clothes are just young enough without the appearance of trying too hard.

Buyer BEWARE. Worst return policy. Bought online. Returned to stairs just past 30 days. Got store credit. Can only use IN store and NOT online. Don’t have my size in store. Horrible sales and customer service. “Sorry, nothing can be done.” “I don’t know why they do that.” “We don’t carry that size here, you can try other store but i can’t order online for you with your store credit.” Plus size shoppers especially beware - stores don’t always carry plus sizes and when they do limited selection. Ridiculous.

Went to this store yesterday wanted to exchange a jacked that a I got as a gift for my birthday. I found the same jacket another size that worked for me perfectly. When I said I want to exchange to the sales person Michelle she changed her friendly smile to and angry grimace. She told me straight to the face that she is not gonna get her commissions from the exchange and that I had to tell her about it from the beginning so she wouldn't waste her time on me. Well.. it was my worst experience in the store and I will never come back there because of Michelle

This is a nice little clothing store. There are lots of nice dresses and tops here and there was even a small rack in the front area of the store that had some clothing items for as little as five dollars. There were also lots of racks that had signs advertising 40% off so I would definitely say you could easily find some good deals here. There was another customer in the store who was telling my friend and me that she buys from there a lot and the clothes are long-lasting which tells me that the stuff here is of good quality. They had some accessories as well such as jewelry. I had already spent a bit more than I had planned to at another store in the mall so I actually didn't end up buying anything here but it was very fun to look around and I did see a few tops that I liked. I would definitely like to come back here next time I'm in the mall and next time hit this place first!
