I have used this minute clinic a few times over the last few years, and have had the same amazing NP each time. She is great, knowledgeable and has helped me through a variety of small medical issues that prevented me needing to go to the ER or trying to get an appt at my primary care.

I’ll preface this by saying if you have no clue what is going on due to your symptoms, do NOT come here. There is minimal communication. Knowing I’m walking into an urgent care type setting, I am aware I may not be getting the full on attention as I would from my primary care, and that is fine. Although, I do believe every nurse should care for a patient when they walk in as that is the oath they took. I walked in for sinusitis on the weekend as my primary care nurse told me I needed to do over the phone. I walked into the room and the nurse had her phone out, said all of 10 words to me, then did not ask further questioning to me and finally printed papers and goes “I sent amoxicillin”. No communication whatsoever it was honestly pathetic. If my insurance was not covering this visit I would have been very upset as there was little to no care.

My 1st apt. Was on 01/14 for a CDL physical. I didn’t pass because my blood pressure was high, and she wanted a note about med, and heart murmur. She wanted my PC to write that it does not interfere with my driving, oh hold up and take a sleep study. I have had this license almost 10 yrs. CDL A and had my CDL B for 20 yrs. So all together 30 yrs. I have never and I mean never jumped through hoops and did everything that was ask of me. Did the sleep study no sleep apnea, Dr. Wrote a letter stating the med and heart murmur will not interfere with my driving. Went back a second time and a 3rd time, still no success. She is holding my CDL medical certificate hostage. I have to go back a 4th time with something from the sleep Dr. Saying I don’t need to see them for anything. Oh 2 times she has been unprofessional! She spoke to me in the waiting area, looking at my paperwork instead of bringing me in the room where it’s quiet and private. I will never ever go there again to renew my medical cert. or anything.

Called and they said they accepted walk ins before i went in. Showed up and everyone ahead of me had left and no one else was there. The women working was texting on her phone and when I asked her if she could help me she said she was way too busy. I let her know the obvious that no one else was there and she said she could assure me they were coming and then closed the door in my face. Not professional of helpful. 1 Bad employee maybe, but very dissapointing

I came with the simple plantar wart. Doctor got my blood pressure done (for what reason?) and suggest me to buy a medicine to cure the wart myself. They charged my Health Ins Provider later for more $139! Very disappointed manner of providing health care service

I love this place they always listen and look up past visits and also connect to my records at Boston Medical . So they have my history !!

Long story short. Horrendous billing/reimbursement process. I had to jump through hoops to get reimbursed for their spelling error of my 4 letter last name on their system. Called them multiple times and had to wait on hold for 15 - 20 minutes each time.

I have used this Minute Clinic several times over the past few years and have had the same nurse practitioner each time. I am very happy with the service, cost, ease of use, and information available. It's quick and easy and gets the job done. I actually prefer using this service rather than going to my doctor (for the same needs). It's faster, easier, and just as good.

Great decision to go here, compared to urgent care (cost) or waiting for a primary care appointment, when I needed my needs addressed more urgently. Extremely professional and efficient, and surprisingly low cost. I was repeatedly asked if I had any questions or concerns during and at the end of the visit, and even left with a flu shot administered at the practitioner's advice. I was in, out, and back home within 45 minutes. Highly recommended, and will return for any needs this clinic can address. Thanks for everything, and for providing advice above and beyond my initial needs.

Before listening to all my symptoms and concerns, the NP brushed it off as the flu solely because I hadn't gotten my flu shot. I have received the flu shot every year prior to this and still managed to get these same symptoms. Instead of showing genuine care and concern, he continued to blatantly laugh at what I thought was the issue (a sinus infection). More disappointing than his quick diagnosis, was his demeanor. His smug attitude and poor bedside manner are inappropriate for a health care provider. I was 100% more pleased with the kind and knowledgeable pharmacist at Walgreens than my experience with CVS Minute Clinic.

I was seen today @ the Quincy minute clinic by a thoughtful and kind NP who listen to me about my problems and came up with some great medical advice and solutions. This is the third time I have used them and would definitely recommend them. As well! My sinuses and ears already fell better . Your very kind ! Thanks

I've been here a few times when I've needed a quick in/out visit. Overall you receive the same care as a normal doctor's office. If you need a chest X-ray, pain meds, or something of that nature - you'll need to go to your regular doctor, but a quick visit for an illness? This is the place to go.

Drove my sick self home from work and 15 minutes out of the way to go get a rapid strep test. Filled out all of the information needed, was the only one waiting, and I'm told "Actually I'm going to go on lunch break and can't see you for an hour. Sorry." Really? My appointment would've taken approximately 10 minutes. Home and feeling like death warmed over.

The 1 non-recommended review allllll the way down at the bottom where you click a button to lead you to it... should be recommended. Prob the most helpful of any of them. Might want to check it out. This will prob be added to the non-recommends shortly hereafter I presume. Lol. Also, been here twice. Both times no wait time. Every other Clinic was an hour+ of waiting. Always attentive and have prescribed meds that did the job. Def the best of them I've been to.

The overall concept of this is awesome but this location is hit or miss. I have gone here for a few things being that it is a convenient location. Went in here for vaccinations and when I have been sick. The kiosk, line is a nightmare and always seems Inaccurate. While I was waiting the wait time kept increasing and wasn't at all accurate which is a complete pain in the butt. The nurse practitioners have been friendly and given me good care.
