I called Bruce, told him what we were looking for and he had 3 chairs brought into his store for my son to try out. My son picked one and Bruce said for him to take it home and test drive it for as long as you like to make sure it was a good fit. No deposit, no contact information required, just let Bruce know how it worked out. Almost 3 weeks later we returned the chair, just not what the tall kid wanted. Felt bad not buying from him. Great guy and recommended.”

“I just placed an order with W.B. Mason since their prices on Office Chair Floor Mats were far less than another Office Supply I usually shop at. I had a question on my W.B. Mason account & called them, the phone was picked up on the 3rd ring and the woman who answered spoke English!!! She very helpful & pleasant. The office supply store I used to shop at is now owned by a Private Equity Firm, another website I was shopping on wanted to charge me $42 for shipping on a $72 Floor Mat!!! That is Insane! So I shopped around online and found W.B. Mason to have the best prices and Free shipping on my $161.00 order with 2 day delivery...Now That is Service! The next time I need Office Supplies I'm buying from W.B. Mason since they are a locally owned company based in Massachusetts...EVERYONE who is a Small Business Owner or runs an office in their home needs to Support Locally Owned Businesses...Today it's more important than ever!”
“I see tons of people complaining about this place. I went in last night. Appointment was for 4:30am. Got there at 2:30am on a door right away gone by 3:20am. Staff was really nice and helpful.”

- At lights on Haule Rd keep RIGHT to I-90W (No signs on tunnel), left lane I-90E, Right I-90W

When you search 'Steelcase Boston', you (like me) would think it is a typical retail branded showroom. This address/location is actually 'Red Thread' design studio who are a Steelcase authorized dealer, servicing mainly corporate clientele but take individual appointment walk-ins. They were very responsive to my email and Aga was incredibly helpful and friendly during my individual chair test.
Seems like a lot of bad reviews are because people are expecting a retail experience, but it is slightly different. Would recommend contacting the Red Thread team if interested in a chair test.”

“It's a nice although small store filled with high quality useful items. A good place to shop for homewares for yourself or loved ones. Good source for woolens & utility brushes in particular.
Be aware they get very busy on peak shopping weekends, especially between Thanksgiving and Christmas - they make people queue outside to enter but even so the store gets very cramped. You need a bit of space to look around as it's not obvious where everything is located and some stuff is kind of hidden on the floor or tucked in a corner.
They have a good online shop but it takes a long time for them to process orders, a week normally and up to 2 weeks during holiday periods, and that's before the actual shipping. Don't bother waiting for a sale, they don't seem to do them.”
