The employees here are so awesome. I do my shopping here, get my dog groomed, and do training with my dog. All the people I encounter that work here are so kind to me and my dog and say hi to her every time we come in :) Ellen has been an awesome trainer. 10/10 staff honestly

Bad experience. They said my dog needed to be shaved pretty short due to being really curly/matted. I understood and agreed but they completely left him bare, not just a low/short cut (like the sample version they showed me with the level 5 cut) as normal with a dog with matted hair, but with red areas literally basically down to his bare skin, it’s super red and they even shaved his private areas so close and down to the skin that it’s bright red and he can’t keep still because he keeps licking and trying to get comfortable- I know what a matted haircut is supposed to look like and it’s not like this, some itching and irritation can occur but they cut down to his very bare skin. Never again coming here for a groom- I understand that they needed to cut, but not to this level where it pains him- I feel like they could’ve done a level 3 cut and then brushed the rest out- feels like they just don’t want to take the time to brush dogs out at all, only Ariana who is still in training and not allowed to do cuts (she takes time to brush through but I didn’t have her this time, had Zack).

The girl who attempted to check my dog in was extremely rude and confrontations. I was 15 minutes late so she wasted 20 minutes at the front desk degrading me and my dog then said she didn't feel comfortable grooming him and said it was because he was mouthy. Which is the furthest thing from truth. I asked her name n she wouldn't even give it to me. She was big and covered in jail house tattoos. I'll never go there again

The food my dog eats is out of stock and the staff was unhelpful. This is the only PetSmart location that doesn't keep enough of this food on hand. It just happens to be the one closest to where I live. The app says they have the food but nobody allegedly working there was willing to look for it. I was tempted to go in the back and look myself but last time they yelled at me for going back there. Every other time they have had some back there.

Never would have thought a chain store would have such great trainers but they do! Ellen and Pat are fabulous. We've taken too many classes to count as our dog just adores them and loves to learn. Highly recommend. Stop by and ask questions, that's how we started.

The good is they have a good variety of supplies for cats/dogs. The not so good. Although I paid $35 for a hair trim for my cat. They barely gave him a cut. He almost looked the same.

I drove 40 minutes to this store for a pet adoption event.. I was told it would be 12-3… when I got there I was told it wouldn’t start til 1….Then I was told that the event was cancelled because of the “yucky” weather…Very Disappointing!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible grooming experience for my doodle. My husband brought her in for a trim and nails. As always, he requested for them to keep her fur tidy but not too short. When we picked her up, they had all but shaved her entirely with uneven spots on her legs and ears. She looks like an emaciated greyhound.
We should have said something right there and then but honestly we were pretty much shocked into silence and wanted to get her out of these ASAP. We understand sometimes dogs are matted and drastic measures are necessary. Our dog’s coat was not matted.
Not only was this a truly terrible groom, the drop off and pick up processes are awful. Long waits, anxious dogs, and they’re now advertising drop in bathing and nail services? We have already made an appointment with a small boutique groomer for a bath and nail trim. With the terrible, short grooming our girl just got, it’ll be months before she needs more.

I went to the Petco at this place getting hampsters and we were going to get two, but when we asked they said "you can't put two in the same cage" which is dumb because we've owned them in the past and they were fine. And not to mention they put them together in the same display area so they were giving us bull. Would not recommend.
