Called three times today after they opened to talk to someone to confirm they had an item in stock before driving there. Nobody ever answered.

I came to make a return on some items that didnt end up fitting my kids. I was able to return all but 1 item. They said the item wasn't coming up on my receipt. I live 45 mins away and only came to this location once this year which was August 16, 2025. The young men who was completely my return was kind and called for management. He returned all my other items but the 1. I waited 5 to 6 mins and the young man once again went to see if he could reach management. He was told they were in a meeting, if I could wait 15 mins. I agreed and waited 25 mins and once again no manager came. They paged them again and they wanted me to wait some more. I expressed I came from another state and need to return to pick up my kids. Now I'm stuck with an item I no longer need. Management needs to do better with time management. Customers shouldn't have to wait more than 5 to 10 mins.

I purchased school clothes for my granddaughter. Some of the items didn't fit. I needed to exchange for different sizes. They wouldn't let me exchange the items. Primark has a No Refund/Exchange without a receipt policy. That policy isn't posted anywhere in the store. The manager told me the policy is on the receipt.
I should have been made aware of such a drastic policy before making the purchase. I am very disappointed in a company as large as Primark. They don't have the option available to email customers the receipt at time of purchase. They are not honest up front of their policies.

Unless you have an extra 30 mins to wait to pay for your stuff don’t bother coming to this location. People just standing around not jumping to help cashiers when there is a long line. Just taking up space. Hire people who want to work please.

The lines are ALWYAYS long because they NEVER have enough cashiers. I don’t know why they need all the registers if they are not being used, especially on busy weekends. For some reason they never have a good selection in the size I need for bras so I don’t know if more need to be sent to the store or if they are just going really quickly every time.

Never enough staff on cash registers, its just poorly coordinated. Anytime theres a line with over 20 ppl theres only 2 ppl max on the registers.

This place has terrible customer service. They don’t accept any returns or even offer store credit after 30 days—even if the items are unworn, odor-free, with all labels still attached. The most frustrating part is that they’re still actively selling the exact same items in-store, yet they refuse to provide a refund or credit. The managers were completely unhelpful and offered no solution. Very disappointing experience.

Most of the items are affordable and durable. I always find stuffs that I am looking for. Even shoes. Mix of a fast and sustainable fashion I would say. Great for your pocket, either way.

The management and security at this store are severely lacking. There's blatant discrimination at play—if you have a darker complexion, you're treated with suspicion and followed as if successful Black people don’t belong or can’t shop here." Primark headquarters please look into this location.
