I got this dress for my wedding rehearsal dinner from this Queenia’s location at the South Shore plaza. The store personnel at this location absolutely went above and beyond in the process of helping me find the perfect dress for my rehearsal dinner. I was completely swept off my feet from the moment I walked in the store. I told them my vision and they went about finding several beautiful dress options for me and even paired with accessories and shoes. They were SO warm, friendly, polite, and so easy to work with. I felt like they were friends! Also, they even ordered this dress in my size and held it for me at the store—world class service and going above and beyond for the customer. I loved the dress and it fit so beautifully. It was $180– the quality is superior and material is extremely fine. It’s well made and fit perfectly. I LOVE this shop! I’d go there to find a dress for any event or just casual clothes shopping. They have stunning, feminine, classy products and you’re guaranteed to find something. Also great for work clothes too!

The girl working was nice and helped me find a dress that was flattering and fitting for the event I was attending. The issue arose when I was checking out; she informed me that all sales were final because everything was handmade and imported. Curious, I asked where the dresses were imported from, and she said Italy. When I got home, I checked the tag out of curiosity, and guess what... it was made in China! I can't help but feel like they purchased it on Shein.

SCAM Overpriced NOT handmade like they said !!!! Employees are way too overbearing and also waited until AFTER I finished transaction to say no returns or refunds just to find out they didn’t actually make the dress themselves overpriced and a scam don’t bother going

I love their fashions, but you better be sure that the item fits you well, and that you "really" want it because there are no returns or exchanges, which is the only criticism I have with Queenia. Also, I do not go into the store a lot ( about two or three times a year) because their prices are somewhat high.

I think that the dresses were really pretty, but they are definitely NOT one size fits all like they tell you. I could barely fit my arm in most of them!! Also, they follow you around and you feel forced to try on 10 dresses. I had to run out of the dressing room because the sales lady was bringing even more dresses and I just wanted to leave!

Horrible store. Wouldn’t be surprised if their dresses all came from Ali Express because of the cheap material. They are basically selling cheap clothes from china (literally says made in china on the clothing tag) and upselling it as if it were handmade by some “designer” they claim but never elaborate on when asked.. do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money like I did :) LOL btw they don’t do returns, refunds OR exchanges … a bit weird ? And if you call their store it goes STRAIGHT to voicemailSCAMMERS BEWARE

I was saddened that your store left the Natick Mall but because of a great employee of yours Susan has allowed me to continue shopping in your store by photos from her personal phone she is the best. As a small business owner I know what it's like to find good employees and you have got one of the best employees very personable thoughtful really wants to help and make the customer satisfied.

I agree to Valentina's review down below. The experience shopping at the store is very poor. I do not want to go back there ever again because of how the staff and the manager judging look, and they way they try to make me buy more than what I want to buy. I really don't think they should up-sell the customers and let people feel freely walk around the store without someone flowing behind keeping eyes on. It's like you gonna steal or can't afford to buy their clothes. I ended up bought a dress because I love it so much other than that I DO NOT recommend shopping here.
