Great experience buying a new Suburban at Quirk, salesperson Matthew was very helpful and did not use high pressure sales tactics, without telling us until later he met us on his day off! Quirk simplified pick up by taking care of the registration, insurance and inspection sticker, the truck was all detailed and ready to go.

Was talking to multiple other dealers. Quirks prices were good and the selection was better than any other dealership. I did the whole thing over the phone and went to dealership to pick up my new Silverado 2500 and drop off my trade in. Everything went smoothly and I was on my way in no time. I am a multiple vehicle purchaser from Quirk and will likely buy my next vehicle from them as well

The experience at Quirk is always a bar above everyone else. The customer service is exceptional, no one is too pushy on service products, and I'm always made to feel like a client rather than a customer. You can also see how everyone from service to sales works as a team, so it's no wonder why Quirk is so successful. I will happily drive an hour from home to this dealership for work because the care and service is better than anywhere else.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service experience I had at Quirk Chevrolet in Braintree and feel very frustrated and let down.
My car( 56 K Miles ) broke down last Friday — the transmission and check engine lights came on — and I managed to drive it there at low speed. I was told the car couldn’t be checked until Monday, and when I asked for a loaner vehicle (which I’m entitled to under GM warranty), I was told there were none available.
On Monday, the service manager (Patrick) said the issue was fixed — just a loose wire — and sent me on my way. Less than a minute after leaving the dealership, the car broke down again with the same transmission warning. When I called back, he took the car but showed no apology or concern. Once again, I was denied a loaner even though my car is still under GM warranty and I had purchased extended warranty as well.
Later that day, Patrick said the issue was due to a part that was on backorder and might take weeks to arrive, and even suggested I keep driving the car because they had “cleaned it.” That same explanation had already failed earlier that day. I did my own research, found the part available at other locations, and had to involve the sales manager -Sam — who was the only person who showed professionalism and care — to get it ordered.
When I was told the car was ready, I asked for a ride to the dealership (was 18 miles away), but the receptionist refused and told me to find my own transportation. When I arrived, I asked the service representative for the repair report and was told there wasn’t one because the technician was “too busy.” Only after involving the sales manager again - Sam -did they agree to provide it.
This experience was completely unprofessional from start to finish — poor communication, lack of accountability, and zero customer care from the service department. The only person who showed any effort or empathy was the sales manager- Sam -and I appreciate his help. But overall, I would not recommend Quirk Chevrolet’s service department based on this experience.

Got towed there without a real choice. Awful service department. Won’t even let them do the warranty work.
Having AAA take it elsewhere.

I recently bough our family car (a Tahoe) from Quirk Chevrolet. It was an easy, pleasant experience and we couldn’t be more excited about our purchase. Robert was friendly and responsive prior to my visit (and during). He listened when I let him know what I was looking for and was sure to have the vehicles ready for me to see and drive upon my arrival. Once I was on the lot, Caleb joined the process. He answered all of my questions and walked me through each step of the purchasing process. It was a long few hours but Caleb was very helpful and professional the entire time. Both Robert and Caleb were wonderful to work with. I look forward to working with them in the future and highly recommend them both!

I bring my car with no scratches and my car came back all scratche in the back I would never bring my car to this place again they charge way too much for the labor 1400 dollar to fix one problem I end up paying 2200 for one check engine light that I had in my car and when I text the guy that talk to me in the front about my car I tell him about the scratches and he told me they will get back to me which they never did I fell like making a police report on this comp
