I'm a huge fan of Walgreens, but this location is tiny and doesn't have much. The pharmacy staff are the rudest bunch of wanna-be-MD's I've ever met. The store employees are great, give or take 2 snotty teenagers who work there. The silver spoon they must have been fed with influences how they treat a lot of customers. If you want a bigger selection of items, I suggest Walgreens on 170 N. Main in Randolph. It's only 3 miles from this location and they have double the merchandise.

Cashier service is bad, no greeting, no smiles, and can't even provide basic customers service. I went there around 5:40pm for pick up my photo that ordered online, and I walked to the cashier for instructions to pick it up, first word came out of his month was Last name and first name, after he took the photo on hand and start serve those customers behind me, and I'm the last one that he want to scanned the barcode. That was a bad experience for a shopper that want go shop in that store.

The Braintree Walgreens computer systems is always down. If you want help they will tell you to go to Quincy or Weymouth.

I would recommend not going to this walgreens location. I ask the pharmacist if they carried a medical product for the ear. Her response was to ask the people up front. The only person up front was a young worker who’s job isnt to know about medical products. Unfortunately, that is the job of the pharmacist. The pharmacist should atleast be knowledgeable of the medical products they sell. Apparently they just hire pharmacist’s with no college degree or medical knowledge. I then went to the cvs up the street and ask the pharmacist and they were more than happy to help. She directed me to the product and even explained how to properly use it which is over and above. Very happy with the service that cvs provides over Walgreens.
