“Rented a unit at the Weymouth facility for almost three years and never had an issue or concern. The office staff are friendly and responsive and the hallways and elevators are kept clean. Easy parking lot for loading and unloading, with numerous dollies available. Never a problem with the unit being too hot or too cold. I would rent here again if ever needed.”

I was in the middle of a move and already had my U-Haul and packing materials ready, but my hectic schedule kept me from making the final call to secure a unit. Crystal was incredibly proactive and attentive; she reached out to me to make sure everything was set, which was a huge relief during such a busy time.
She was accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the level of service provided here and would definitely recommend this facility to my associates.
One quick tip for others: if you have very large or bulky items, keep in mind that the main building isn’t designed for them. You’ll definitely want to look into renting one of their outside-access units for that!”

From their online booking, to the helpful phone call, to the extraordinarily easy moving out of storage, it was smooth sailing. Moving out and closing the rentals was SO EASY -- you buy the lock and when you're done, you simply take it with you and leave the storage bay door open -- it couldn't be simpler!
