Janis was extremely knowledgeable about all the beds and products that came with it. She was not out to make me spend more than I could or should, her goal was to make sure the bed we chose was what we (desperately) needed! She went the extra 100 miles and got us “numbers” and had answers to questions we did not even know we had. Love her!

Bought my first set of pillows today! Paid jn cash….Employee gave me wrong pillows and had me come back to the store again and exchange it for the right product…. Which never happened…. Now I have to wait for them to send me check for my return when it was paid in cash….. be careful shopping here! This company is a scam and also not for customers. They wasted my 2 hours…. Do not shop here….

My experience at the Braintree, MA store was wonderful, Michielle was a great help, explained the differences between the different sheet sets without being pushy whatsoever. I would go back there for sure

Beware any 'special discounts'. Went to Braintree to look at a Sleep Number bed. We weren't planning to buy right away, but the sales person Jesse told us they would give 10% off if we bought same day. When I went to pay, Jesse said he couldn't apply our discount that day because some manager wasn't there to sign off, but that he would put it through first thing when the manager came back the next day. After five days of asking why the discount wasn't being applied yet, it turns out there was never any discount. It was just a way to pressure us into buying a bed. Why was it so necessary to sell a bed that day that Sleep Number needed to treat us like suckers?

You don't really deserve one star. I bought two pillows here and I have never seen such poor service in the US. Monica didn't ask me for any information when I was shopping in the store. Of course I don't know your policy When I went to return today, the staff told me that the customer information of the order was their store, not me, so I Can't return. And the employee who sold me the pillow no longer works there and nothing can be done. Can I say that you did it on purpose to prevent customers from returning the product? She didn't ask anything when she was selling,He said “This is not your problem, but I can't do anything" excuse me!! Your employee's problem Customer pay for this? more than two hundred dollars? Really disgusting service. Do something responsible,!!
