The Braintree store is the most organized and clean than any other Target.They have the best staff and an exceptional manager" Tamika" she will go above and beyond to assist you.I will now only shop at the Braintree store,where I know Tamika and her staff will.always go out of their way to help.

This is my go-to Target. There is plenty of parking since it is inside South Shore Plaza, and it usually carries everything I need since it is so large. The pick-up service is also always so fast. The store was recently renovated/the inside layout was revamped, so it looks nicer now. It can get pretty busy during holiday hours.

Always have one cashier open out of all the lanes they have and I was not waiting 20 years to be checked out so i went to self checkout got told its 10 items only now but i still continued because why would you ever only have 1 person working the register like be for real right now

Hire cashiers that speak English, have more than one person working registers when lines are going out the door, and accept coupons for free items immediately rather than juggling an unnecessary problem for 20 minutes and maybe people will want to shop at Target. I'm done with you guys after today. I felt like I was in Nicaragua!

Third time over the course of the last year that this store has made a mistake and put no effort in to try to solve it. This time I purchased a device and was told the day of purchase that the receipt printer wasnt working and they had to email me a receipt. I never got an email receipt and when I went in to try to return it the only processed they tried was to look by card. It didnt work and they didnt present me any other options and just looked at me and said theres nothing they can do. Then they proceeded to tell me I sound “Fishy” because they “dont email receipts”. I work in retail and customer service and I know its never “theres nothing we can do” especially when we made a mistake by losing the customers receipt. Im now out $150 again from this target making mistakes. Has now costed me a total of over $300 due to their mistakes

I waited in the drive up for over 30 minutes I will never shop here again. Usually I’m not patient I would have went in the store but it was too cold so I waited. I’ll try another target not Braintree

Target has gone downhill. They are trying to turn the stores into Macy's, and it is not working. I can't find products they used to carry & they are carrying so many new crummy products that it is not worth going here anymore. ?

The floor staff are always amazing, however managers are horrible. They will talk down to and admonish staff on the floor. They chronically understaff the location, the employees are always exhausted and overworked. I've seen staff members break down crying on the floor.Management DOES NOT CARE.

I am not even the type to write reviews but I had a horrible experience with the colleagues. I came at night when the store was very empty to avoid any social interactions. When i went to self checkout Janice was rude and told me I couldn’t check out there and blocked the entrance as well as raised her voice to me. I explained to her that the self checkout was empty and I wanted to avoid going to a lane because I wanted to check out alone. She proceeded to storm off and get another unfriendly associate from guest services who proceeded to go back and forth with me although I explained I did not want to speak with anyone. I said I would buy 10 items and Janice continued to act belligerent with me saying I couldn’t do that. The other associate was unfriendly as well and said it was an AP issue. Very rude and unnecessary. Another customer spoke with me afterwards and said they were very rude as well. When I asked a cashier for the names they refused to give them to me.

Target is great for one-stop shopping- groceries, clothes, housewares. Usually the staff members are courteous and helpful. However, the last two trips were a bit disappointing. Maybe it’s the attitude of the next generation, or a sign of the times. The staff did not acknowledge me standing at the service desk and walked around as I was invisible. I patiently waited and finally one worker came out but no apologies. This happened the first time when I went to pick up my online order also. New help for the Christmas season? They need better training in courtesy. Otherwise Target is still a good store to shop at.

I have mixed feelings about this target. On one hand, it is very easy to get to, and is very large with a large selection. However, they do not have travel sized mouthwash and you can only do self-checkout with 10 items or less. So I'm comparison to the one at Fenway, you win some, yet you lose some.
