“I needed a 12-foot truck at the last minute, and the Penske team in Braintree made it happen — they didn’t hesitate to help me out and bring a truck from another location. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rental process was quick, and the truck was in great condition and comfortable to drive. Really impressed with how accommodating they were!”
“We had a great experience with Ryder Truck Rental in Braintree. The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the rental process. The truck is ready when promised, making everything smooth and stress-free. Pickup and return were quick and efficient, and the team went above and beyond to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable truck rentals and excellent customer service. Thank you for making the experience so easy!”
“I rented a car from them last week. Service was great. I loved my GMC Arcadia they were fast, efficient and when I returned my car they drove me to shuttle to get to the airport. I definitely will rent from them again! Thanks Budget!”

“Came in town to drop off a vehicle and had to sit for more than 3 hours . From the time I got there to the time i left Ms Jamie was so professional , very helpful. I know she could tell I had a long day . But she went above and beyond to try and help accommodate me while I waited for my company to make decisions that shouldn’t take so long . Thank you so much Ms. Jamie and good luck on the move to the new location . I hope you’re recognized by your team and management .”
