I rented a tux here for my son's wedding and things went well until I found a used hanky in the back pocket. Well I called to let them know and I can say they handled it fantastically, they didn't doubt me at all and they bent over backwards to make things right. No one else in the wedding party had any issues and I can honestly say I'd recommend them and I'd use them again. Customer service is everything!

Fitting and everything went super well initially. They told me call if I lost 10 lbs, since I was out of the state and when I called, and asked a simple question, the old lady on the phone was super rude and giving the most attitude I have ever received. Everyone else was great. The lady on the phone should never pick up again, really discouraged and here I am spending 100s of dollars on a tux and I can't even get a simple answer for a question.

I like to patronize smaller businesses over corporate chains. In this case, choosing Tuxedo Time was a big mistake. I went in on the day of my pickup to try everything on. All seemed fine. I left and hit the road for my out of town event. Later that day when I took everything out of the bag. I noticed that one of the lower pant legs had stains all over it. (I took pictures) The overall quality of the garments was extremely disappointing with fabric pulls and flaws and a jacket and pants that were very "worn". The shirt, which I did not wear because I thankfully had my own, looked like it had been through the wash 200 times. And when I suited up, the vest was way too big. I adjusted it down as far as it would go and it was still too big. It seemed to fit in the store, but I think the lady was pulling the sides back and together.When I returned the clothes, I told the young lady with long blonde hair about the issues. She could not have cared less. She said "sorry" about the vest, but completely ignored the filthy, stained pants, handed me my receipt and bid me good day.For the amount of money I paid to rent these clothes, I was greatly disappointed and the lack of concern/reaction to my complaints was staggering.

Great spot, I had a wedding party of 16 and they didn't flinch at it. We broke some necks walking down the aisle in these suits too. WAY better than men's wear house. Highly recommend

It was about 15 minutes to get measured. A few weeks later, the day before the event, the try-on/pick-up was maybe 20 minutes. The tuxedo looked great, it fit extremely well, and it was comfortable all night. Dropping off the next day took about 2 minutes. Excellent service!

I needed tuxes for my 3 kids for a wedding. Could not recommend Tuxedo Time more!!! Rentals include shoes (for my kids at least) and the tuxes fit my boys beautifully. The day of pick up they even altered the length of the coat sleeves while we waited and steamed everything perfectly before we left! Unbelievable service. Look no further-they are the best

Wife and I are attending an animal shelter fundraiser at a golf country club. Invite said Cocktail Attire, which I (incorrectly) assumed meant tuxedo. So on a Saturday afternoon I drove down to Tuxedo Time in Braintree, MA, where I've rented tuxes before, most recently for my 17-year-old and their prom.As usual I was greeted promptly. I told Jill I was there for cocktail attire. She checked with the owner Neil, who confirmed it meant suit not tuxedo. I thanked them for averting embarrassment for me. But Jill was so helpful and delightful that I asked about renting a suit for the occassion, even though I have suits at home, though they're too snug these days. She helped me select colors for the suit and tie. Took my measurements and filled out the paperwork.A few weeks later I decided to cancel the suit rental. I spoke to Neil by phone, who assisted me. I had no problems forfeiting the $20 fitting deposit. The receipt very clearly and in several places stated the deposit was nonrefundable. That transaction took less than a minute and was hassle-less.I heartily recommend Tuxedo Time. They are experienced. Customer-centric. Pressure-free. They will take care of you.
