I dropped my shipment off the day before and yet their personnel have yet to pack and ship after 24 hours. In addition I was over charges because they did not have a box that was large enough and had to be over charge because they have to make a box. message to the owner please pursue another business.

Such a rude woman work there, I was trying send package back I had the code Amazon said no box or label needed... I brought GPS in original box and she refused to take. She didn't care Amazon don't require another box, I ended up not sending the package because she keep asking to buy another box from her, waste of time ale gas, for sure will file complaint with Amazon... This store have some nice people but this woman is not one of them.

My friend asked me to return a package yesterday. The box wasn’t taped. I politely said hello to the attendant. She didn’t respond, She said the package needs to be taped. I barrow the store that’s available, her response was, just this time. This is not the first time I have received this kind of poor customer service from her. Eventually, I will no longer doing business at this location.

I brought in an Amazon return in its original packaging, paid for a shipping label, and even purchased additional packaging for the return. To my surprise, the package was redelivered to my address—still wrapped in my original envelope, merely re-taped, and with my own label still attached.
When I called to address their mistake, the staff was unapologetic and unconcerned. I asked for a reprinted label, a reshipment, and a refund for the packaging I paid for but was never used. Their response? “If we’re at fault, we’ll redo it.”—which is baffling since this was clearly their mistake. Worse, taking payment for packaging and then failing to use it is both deceptive and unfair.
I’ll be bringing the package back when I’m available, but this shady cost-cutting practice needs to be addressed. Customers shouldn’t have to pay for services and materials that aren’t used or provided.
Most concerning is something was shipped so either they shipped the wrong item under the wrong label or an an empty package was shipped under the label because the tracking number I was given is somewhere in PA…

Terrible service! The man at the counter was incredibly rude and even raised his voice at us. We were denied service for a return, and when we tried to explain our situation, he accused us of arguing with him and ignored us. The customer service was unacceptable. If you want to be treated disrespectfully, this is the place to go.
