VOYA is so frustrating to work with that I don’t bother having an FSA with my company. They will ask for information that they already have and deny claims even when they have all the information required. Save yourself the stress and avoid doing business with them.

I do not feel like this financial company takes security and personal information seriously. I need to make a change to my account, and the only way they will do it, is to send ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION IN THE MAIL. No emails, no secure portals, no app access. Just hope for the best! What a joke. Glad part of my change of account, is closing it with them.

My old employer moved my HSA account to Voya with no notice to me. I found out because I received a letter from Voya stating my HSA balance which matched the previous HSA balance. It took almost six months to get into the account to discover by that point over 40% of the funds were gone. The Voya representative said the money was used for monthly fees! I would give this company zero stars if that was an option.

Voya took over for Benefit Strategies for my companies HRA. I submitted about 15 claims. They denied every single one. I now have to fight with them to get my legitimate claims paid to me. This is the worst company. If you're an employer and you can have a different company handle your HRA reimbursement, I would suggest you use them. Avoid VOYA like the plague.

Terrible customer serviceThey made an error in how they deducted taxes and want to take the deposit all back and redo it. It will take 45 days. Just a terrible company

If your HR department offers a FSA or HSA through Voya, don't bother. The frustration you will have to deal with regarding this obstructionist company will mean you'll need medication and therapy. Every time I use their card for an FSA purchase for even a penny over 25.00 they demand more paperwork. Several times I've had to call my MD's or dentist office to get more paperwork and they ask if it's Voya they tell me this is the worst company to work with. Recently they demanded I pay them around 13.00 back. I tried and and was sent by a link to a blank page and then because there was a delay, my card was denied at my dentist. I tried to call Voya to find out what was going on, and didn't even get an answer, not even put on hold. Then I complained to my HR department and found out that I am far from alone. I looked on BBB and Consumer Affairs and found that Voya gets an overwhelming number of 1 star reviews. This is terrible company with terrible customer service.

Worse experience with customer service no matter which way you try to get in contact with them. If u could, try not to use them as your HSA/FHA company.

I want to give 0 stars, but it will not allow me to! I had the worst experience with Shawn at this company this morning, just trying to get a simple answer. I am new to Cobra, and had a simple, honest question about how it works and he was the most unkind, unhelpful person I have ever dealt with in customer service anywhere! He argued with me right from the start and all his information was incorrect. All he had to do was be pleasant and tell me that I needed to contact somewhere else to fix my issue, but instead he was snarky and pretty much blamed me, when in the end it was not my fault. I never rush to do a review, and I am an overly kind person, so maybe that is why I am so upset. Being treated the way I was today ruined my day and I will never call this company again. I would rather take my chances and be uninsured until my new coverage takes effect. I thought that a rule in customer service was never argue with a paying customer, at least not on the first question! Very disappointed!!!!

if you want to wait over 2 hours on hold to be told there is nothing they can do to help you access your account than this is the place you want to set up your 401K with. Do not trust this place with your hard earned money. Worlds most ethical company of 2022 with the least amount of ethics. If you are a small business owner id highly suggest you looking into somewhere with your best interest in mind.

Terrible. I sent in 2 money orders to pay a balance . And they weren't accepted because of two words that weren't written on the orders... I KNOW MY COMPLAINT DOESNT MATTER AND WONT SOLVE ANYTHING BUT THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. THANK YOU TO SHJUANA WHO ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE MY IMMEDIATE ATTENTION SITUATION . A KIND WOMAN AT HEART.
