this review is about the type of person the owner of Advanced Audio is. last year around this time my car died on the way to work. I was lucky enough to be able to pull it into their parking lot. I left a note with it explaining I was working on getting it towed. the owner contactef me wondering when it would be towed because it had been over two weeks I was going through a very hard time financially and the last thing I really needed was to figure out how to get it towed. my insurance was supposed to cover towing but no one in the area would take my insurance. anyways the owner offered to pay for the tow. at first I told him thank you so much but I can't do that. he told me everyone needs help sometimes. and if he didn't take help offered to him when he needed it he wouldn't be where he was today . I have never been so impressed by how much he cared for someone he never even met. I just want to say thank you so very very much again. I haven't forgotten what you have done for me nor will I ever. again thank you.

We recently had Advanced Audio & Video install a commercial grade wireless network, a sound system for our screen porch, as well as an HDTV with surround sound. The entire process from estimate to project completion with Terry and his team was fantastic; they came when they said they would, they crawled into tiny difficult spaces in the basement of our 1808 house to wire the network, heck Jeremy even watered the flowers by the front door one day because he noticed they were wilting. We are thrilled with the system Advanced Audio & Video installed in our home. We have had a few post install questions and they have been incredibly responsive to us. What a fantastic company! Great people, amazing service, and a fantastic product.

Terry and Jeremy are awesome! They came to my home in Ptown and designed a whole technology package for me. They were always on time and were so professional. Best part is that they can monitor all my systems and are a phone call or text away 24/7.

It is often times difficult to locate quality, responsive service providers on the Cape, which is why the team at Advanced Audio & Video is such a find. They are knowledgeable, quick to respond, they do what they say they are going to do and they stand behind their work. Today's high-end A/V systems are much too complex to be serviced by the likes of anyone in our family, so it's reassuring to know that competent help is a quick phone call away. Our entire family could not recommend Terry, Jeremy, and the rest of the Advanced Audi team more highly.

We recently purchased a home on cape cod. We needed a complete technology overhaul with new networking, internet, wireless, video cameras, Sonos, multi-media room, Nest devices (door bell, thermostats, smoke detectors), phone lines, etc. Advanced Audio & Video did it all with an incredibly high level of professionalism, responsiveness and quality. I highly recommend them if you want the best for your home. They are true professionals and really friendly & nice people to boot.

Terry and Jeremy have been a delight to work with. Our system is fabulous. They worked within our budget, and their installation process was neat, clean, and efficient. The system console is beautifully set up.The overall configuration is easy to control and work with.. We've had them come back to upgrade a component and again, everything was done to our complete satisfaction. They are the "go-to" A-V system people.

The installation was top-notch. Much care was given to making the TV installs easily accessible with all the supporting wires and equipment hidden from view. Terry and Jeremy were a great team.

I have worked with Terry for 19 years so far. AA&V does neat, professional work. He and Jeremy are so capable, figuring out ways to solve challenging obstacles, working it until they find the right solution. My sound system is awesome, he also takes care of my TV's and my internet. In addition both of them are a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend Advanced Audio & Video!

After meeting and interviewing with two other A/V businesses, we selected Advanced Audio. Terry and Jeremy worked with us to get the system we wanted within our budget constraints. We are, to say the least, delighted. The installation, in three sections of our home plus outside, was very neat and timely. The system is easy to operate, and the sound is simply awesome. Without question, we will use their services in the future, and I highly recommend them.
