Prices are very reasonable and the staff are helpful and friendly. Rented a children's bike there. My 9 yo is usually the slowest but she was the fastest with the rental while all of us struggle to catch up.

Staff understand customer service. Called about a rear tire repair; said come down and will get it done. 10 minutes, repaired, reinstalled and checkout brakes and derailleur. Other shops on Cape bemoan how busy; these guys certainly busy but rather have a can do spirit.

Fantastic little shop. I only overheard great customer service while I was waiting, and then they made time to answer a couple questions about my bike, take a look at a few small adjustments, and sell me some small hardware that I was missing.
