I have been a patient for 4-5 years. I am thrilled to have a practice that seeks to be proactive and responsive. I feel heard, valued and safe. Call backs are prompt. My exams have been thorough and not rushed. Regarding poor rating, I would not have waited so long as I would have assumed there was a problem! I would strongly recommend this Practice but, of course, they are full and not taking new patients.

This has been my place of primary care for as long as I can remember. Always had great experiences there until recently; awesome people, horrible policies. Last year Brewster Medical called and left a message asking me to schedule an appointment. After several attempts at calling to schedule and to pay a $30 bill from my last visit, I gave up. This year I tried to schedule an appointment again, and was told that I've been terminated as a patient and cannot reapply. I would recommend against this practice, but fortunately for anyone considering them they are not taking any patients. The bureacratic side of this business needs to shape up if they want to exist beyond their current batch of patients.

My husband attends your practice and was told by his doctor that a referral would be sent to a cardiologist within a week. He called the cardiologist today and they told him to call your practice because they never received a referral. So he called, and was then Promptly informed that your office would not send a referral until his new insurance kicks in. A man having heart issues cannot get the medical care he needs because for some asinine reason, your office won’t do so be

Anyone would be very lucky to have this practice accept them when they are again open to new patients!

My wife and I recently moved to Orleans after retiring from work as a Computer Programmer and Psychotherapist, respectively. My wife has pulmonary fibrosis but is closely followed by Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston for her condition. Today, I approached this office looking for a primary care physician for my wife and was told "We are not accepting new patients". I then asked could she go on a wait list to which I was told "No". I then asked if she knew of any doctors taking new patients in the area? To this she also could not assist.
