The Inn was beautifully restored, all the modern amenities with all the historical charm made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was great, mid-cape, which made exploring the whole cape very easy. The breakfast was fabulous. We will definitely make this our go to place on the cape!
Rooms: We splurged for a room with a fire place and jetted tub, which was very nice on a chilly fall day.
Food and drinks: Besides the included breakfast, there were snacks, drinks and wine and cheese too!

This was our fourth stay at the Old Manse Inn, and it just keeps getting better. Brian, Charlie and the entire team make you feel like family. Everything about the Inn is just top-notch - from the welcome, the comfy rooms, and luxury bedding through to the wonderful breakfasts, which are just amazing, make the experience just so relaxing. Reserve some extra days as you'll find that three nights just fly by way too quickly! Be sure to make time for the cheese and wine social at 4:00 pm most days, or enjoy cookies, biscotti, and coffee/tea at any time in the Knowles Living Room. Lots of places to sit and relax, both indoors and out...
Finally, if you're looking for specific experiences while on the Cape, be sure to ask for recommendations - Brian and Charlie have never let us down!
Rooms: The Old Manse Inn offers a fantastic selection of rooms from historic and quaint to high-end luxury.
Food and drinks: The breakfasts are fantastic. Brian does a great job of offering delicious and nutritious breakfasts that are not to be missed! Those with dietary restrictions are also accommodated very nicely.

We’re still dreaming about our stay here! Everything was perfect- and I mean everything! The room was clean and comfortable with great decor. The innkeepers left us a note, balloon, and local chocolates in our room to celebrate our anniversary. The breakfast was truly AMAZING- one of our favorite meals of the trip. It was so charming, and there was a wine reception at night and sodas/coffee/tea/cookies out at all times and other special little touches. Everyone was friendly and more than willing to provide advice and assistance, but they didn’t interfere too much if you wanted some privacy. We don’t do B&Bs too often, but this was the best of the best and exactly what I was looking for for a cozy, warm, wonderful stay on the Cape. Perfect midpoint location, too. Every bed and breakfast should aspire to the comfort, charm, and perfection of this one!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Manse and felt right at home from the moment we got there. We had a tour of the property, we were told all about their breakfasts, snacks, wine and cheese gatherings and everything else we could possibly need to know. Our room was comfortable, private and cozy. The temperature control worked perfectly, the gas fireplace was a bonus and the bathroom was large and fully stocked.
We will definitely return to this lovely Inn!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful inn, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Charlie & Brian who were not only incredibly charming but also went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their recommendations for exploring the surrounding environment were invaluable and added so much to our trip.
The room was cozy, beautifully maintained, and offered a peaceful retreat after a day of adventures. The attention to detail throughout our stay, from the personalized touches to the thoughtful suggestions, made us feel right at home.
We can’t recommend this inn highly enough for anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable getaway with a host who truly cares about their guests.

Our stay was perfect. The inn is very charming and welcoming. Brian & Charlie are exceptional hosts and all the little extras they do for their guests (coffee bar, wine & cheese, chocolates, cookies, fresh breakfast, the list goes on …) is very appreciated! The space is extremely clean and the location is great. The staff was very pleasant, too. We look forward to returning. Thank you!

If we could give Old Manse Inn 6 stars we would!
Brian and Charlie are the loveliest hosts and made our stay so enjoyable. From the moment we stepped in to the moment we said goodbye they were fantastic.
The house is absolutely gorgeous and the bed was one of the comfiest we've ever slept in. Breakfast was superb every morning. Loved that we could borrow chairs and an umbrella to take down to the beach. The Inn is in a great spot in Brewster and perfect for exploring everything Cape Cod has to offer.
We'll be back!

We’ve spent two of our anniversaries there and will go back in the future. The hosts are wonderful and their staff always courteous and well trained. All of the cape is accessible from the Manse, but it’s away from the over-developed areas.
We can walk to the beach for the sunset and be back for complimentary tea and homemade cookies. If you are concerned about noise, simply request a room in back away from rte 6A. Breakfast can be inside on the glassed in porch, or on their outside porch.

We recently returned from another wonderful experience at The Old Manse Inn. It was high season but not as crazy on the Cape as we expected. The Inn was fabulous (as usual). The breakfast, the staff, the room (Lewis Bay Light) and especially the inn keepers are over the top! Brian and Charlie couldn’t be more lovely and accommodating. We can’t wait to return!
Everything about this bed and breakfast is wonderful. We’ve stayed in the past and have returned a few times because “who could ask for anything more”. The establishment is beautifully kept; the rooms are lovely and comfortable; the breakfasts are absolutely delicious and the hosts are so very kind and hospitable. We can’t wait to return….especially in the shoulder season when the crowds on the Cape aren’t insane! Thank you for everything Brian and Charlie.

WE COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE! Charlie and Brian have seen to every detail that you could imagine.
We loved the location in Brewster which allowed us to easily drive to any location on the Cape. Breakfast was 5 star, imaginative, beautiful, and delicious. Our room was exceptional also, with everything you vould want in comfort and privacy.
The Inn is really the best of everything. Many thanks to both of you Charlie and Brian for all the effort you and your staff went to to provide us such a special trip. Andy and Claire

We seldom send reviews, as we think mediocre quality can be found anywhere and a review of that makes no sense. However, when we experience exceptional quality (good or bad), we feel the world should know!
Our stay at Old Manse Inn was exceptionally good! Stylish without being stiff. As soon as we entered on arrival we felt the tranquility and serenity radiate from the home interior. Our room was clean and complete with a perfect bed and a luxury bathroom. After each good night's sleep we were treated with a superb two-course breakfast! Brian and Charlie are perfect hosts with a crew of very friendly and dedicated staff. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!

My mom and I stayed here 3 nights and were blown away by the service, food, and location. There is a beach 15 minutes walking distance away and the breakfast every morning was fabulous. Would highly recommend staying for breakfast if you can. Charlie and Brian were incredibly helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean. I have a peanut and tree nut allergy and they were very accommodating. Can’t recommend it enough, will be returning next season!
