Had two packages get marked as arrived at 8:51AM. Drove 32 minutes out of my way to get there by 11:53 AM and it still wasn’t ready because they didn’t want to sort packages as they were short staffed by two people. The old man at the front desk wouldn’t even attempt to check the shelves. Incompetence doesn’t even cover it. ??♂️

Generally a stressful experience. If you have a question a temporary change of address, it will be your problem, your fault and you will be punished. PS who decided that they close at 4:45?

After they cut you off on a 40 MPH road they will brake check your box truck while you have 10 thousand pounds of freight on board. Classy and professional guys, yikes.

A day late on overnight delivery, picked up by my daughter, but not marked as delivered, so I am unable to get my guaranteed delivery refund.

The Brewster PO is amazing. I had a package that was lost out in limbo. I put in a request online for help finding it. The Brewster PO went out of their way to find it and get it to me. Even calling to let me know the situation and again to make sure I received it. Thank you Brewster PO.

have scheduled a re-delivery of my amazon package TWO TIMES now with confirmation numbers for 5/2 & 5/3 - STILL no delivery. and i keep seeing an online message to schedule redelivery by 5/7 or it will be returned to sender. DELIVER MY PACKAGE as requested!. i never got a door tag or notice in my mail box. they did not attempt any delivery. they have had my package since 4/22 !!!!

I have had packages “misplaced” on several occasions. I have driven down to the post office to report and show proof that something was said delivered and it wasn’t despite the delivery man marking “placed in mailbox” or “placed near front porch”. I have had someone argue with me saying it was delivered when I have an outdoor camera and showed them that nothing was in fact delivered. The following morning at 5AM the mailman showed up in his personal car dropping the package off. Which personally I found to be odd. Yesterday I encountered another problem where 2 of the 4 packages were delivered yet who were marked in mailbox and 2 marked delivered near front porch. I checked my camera as nothing was in my mailbox, and the driver never dropped anything off. This morning I get a call from a woman assuming to be the post master and she could not have been more rude…she said that incident at 5AM wasn’t at 5 despite me explaining I have it on camera and then tried to argue and belittle me. Reading others reviews it seems there are bigger problems she should be dealing with than being rude and argumentative with a customer when I simply was explaining facts. I’m tired of our mail consistently being lost or misplaced and yet they mark it’s been delivered. Get it together.

They *routinely* misplace packages, put other people’s mail in my box, and insist that a package has not arrived when I know for a fact that is has. It’s only when I have someone go into the back and look that they magically find it. The workers are condescending and rude to customers. Any pleasant, newly-hired counter help never last long as I assume their horrible coworkers drive them out. This has got to be the worst post office in the union. Avoid it if you can. And if you can’t, I’m sorry for you.

Frequent problems with package delivery...we print out the tracking number EVERY time because we never know if the package that we have been notified was at the post office will actually be delivered to our box...the man at the front desk is very dismissive of any questions...it is just so unpleasant to go in there...we have had the same post office box for 50 years. I can never remember it being this bad.

I paid extra to have a package delivered I did not get it because the previous day the postman knocked my mailbox off the post I did have words w the postman he knows I have a package he pulled up as I was waiting for him the day after theailbox was fixed he brought me half of my mail but nothing package he told me he would bring it tomorrow.well today is now tomorrow rrow and still ? package which contains a now very late birthday gift and some much needed medicine so I would like for my package to be delivered don't play w peoples mail I just don't don't know what has become of this country the postal service is suffering
