“I want to express my gratitude to “Jay” at Columbia Auto in Bridgewater, MA. I had just left DD drive thru and my driver side window fell into the door. I immediately drove across the street to Columbia Auto and met with Jay. I also had rust developing on my 2006 Cadillac rear quarter panel. I mentioned to Jay that I was also getting moisture on the inside windshield and my drivers side mirror was binding when adjusting it. Jay immediately without any hesitation says “No worries, we will fix all of this” I was given a very very reasonable estimate and he said he would work on it that same day. Columbia Auto did a fantastic job on the rust repair, replacing the door seals, fixing side mirror and the driver side window assembly.

I have brought them every vehicle I’ve owned and they’ve always been great to me and my family. Prices are always reasonable for the work performed. If I could give 10 stars I would.

“Went to Autozone to have my wife's 2015 Honda fit battery tested (slow starts in the morning) figuring I would have to get a new battery and have him put it in. He said the Alternator was bad!! Ugh, Gave College Town Auto a call after searching for a mechanic with good review. Called this morning at 6:30am, Frank answered and he said bring it in i will test it. Well low and behold the Alternator tested perfectly and the battery tested ok. He said the battery could be on it's way out (it is 4 years old and the battery is tiny). What a honest mechanic! Found my new mechanic!! Needless to say I will not be going back to that Autozone!!”

“I went to Midway Auto Repair to get my car inspected at the recommendation of another auto service in Bridgewater. The mechanic at Midway Auto was professional, thorough and quick. I did not require emissions testing and my inspection took about 5 minutes. The shop was very clean. I was in and out and probably 15-20 minutes. “I was in a minor car accident and they took care of basically all of the insurance forms as well as getting payment from the insurance. Dave also coordinated the rental car pick up and cleaned up my headlights, which was not required but greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them!”
“Went in for an inspection sticker and was taken in right away and out within 15 minutes. Bring cash if your getting a sticker. They do take card but they have to pay the fees if you don't have cash”

“Good people down at the Bridgewater Center location! Oz and the rest of the crew are welcoming, good at explaining what's going on and Oz has worked out deals for me and comped me on some items/services. They also have several financing options if you're short on cash. The location is also right across from a plaza with many stores and restaurants so you can do some errands or grab something to eat while you're waiting. That said, their lobby and bathroom are well maintained and clean, and free wifi is available so waiting at the location isn't bad either!

“Great experience-Who says that when have a problem with your car?
Well I can after having Mike diagnose and repair a check engine light issue and a rear wheel axle, bearing problems that other mechanics wanted to fix it part by part with uncertainty and a very expensive trial by error approach. Mike’s Quality Auto not only repaired the issues but Mike took the time without me asking and performed a thorough safety inspection. Lastly, the bill came and it’s well below what I expected. Thank you Mike !”
