“This is a long overdue review. Back in November 2024, we made the drive to Trek in Lakeville because my husband and I were in the market for new e-bikes. We had done a lot of research online and knew we wanted power assist instead of throttle and had it narrowed down to 2 different models, the Dual Sport +2 and another. We even had what sizes we thought we’d need. Even though it was a damp drizzly day, Emily let us take some test spins around the parking lot. I was set to get a S, because I’m 5’3”, but Emily noticed that my legs were longer, so had me try a M, which ended up being perfect. Anyway, we walked out with 2 on order, with a couple different add-ons that they said they’d install before we picked them up-Everything went so smoothly, and Emily and the gentleman that installed the add-ons were so super to work with. We couldn’t be happier with our bikes and with Trek in Lakeville. It’s about an hour away from us, but felt it was well worth it. ❤️”

They got it done quick and I was surprised how cheap it was. I expected to leave there spending $250-300. It Only cost me $155 for what they ended up needing to do.
