The workers in the pharmacy are not service-oriented. I called and hung up after ten minutes of listening to hold music. Then I went there. While standing near the counter, for the heck of it, I called CVS and entered prompts for "pharmacy."Guess what! -- The phone didn't even ring at all in the pharmacy! I was standing right there, listening to the prompts ... But it was obvious that they actually had the ringer off in the pharmacy. Absolutely pathetic service. The young guy at the counter seemed more intent on moving the line along than actually meeting customer need-- hearing concerns and addressing them. Unlike other pharmacies (example, Walgreens right across the street) staff won't reach out to physicians on customers' behalf if there is a problem with prescription; they just tell customer to come back after customer has resolved. Yuck. I've also had the experience of pharmacy telling me that drug wasn't covered by insurance when , in fact, another pharmacy told me it was (after I left CVS with same prescription.) Go the extra mile? They don't even go the extra inch! I had tried CVS in the past, and had decided to try it again. My recent experience confirmed that it hasn't changed. When it comes to pharmacies, I will vote with my wallet and not return. There is one saving grace their photo department is good, and the front part of the stores managed well.

The kindest people in the world work here! They run an excellent store! Very clean, organized, stocked & with the most friendly workers. Greeting you with good vibes.Hands down the most positive experience I've had at a CVS.They treat you with the utmost respect and are very kind & helpful.

Every time I call and try to speak with someone at the pharmacy I sit on hold for over an hour. The last time I called I was hung up on 3 times and had to just go there to inquire why my medication (it comes in a box, no pills to count) was “in process” for 3 days and still hadn’t been filled. Ridiculous.

I was there earlier today and I was disgusted to see how the female manager was talking to the young lady associate. The manager made such a big scene in the store. The young lady was just trying to help a customer with her photos and manager loud response was truly unnecessary. I was a customer in line. I felt so disgusted that I didn’t even buy my order. This is unacceptable considering that the fact associate was only trying to help the customer. I really hope management starts taking better care and appreciating their young associates ?

The pharmacy is incredibly slow it took them 4 hours to fill a prescription that was just a cream no pills to count just put the tube of cream in a bag. If you're short staffed stop being so greedy and pay people more you need staff to run a business.

Tried to get a prescription last night. Was told they couldn’t find it and to drive around for 20 minutes while they look. I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes and went back to the window to be told they still couldn’t find it and because it was “narcotics” they couldn’t refill it until the next day. So here I am sitting in the drive thru having waiting 20 minutes and rung the call button several times. If you can’t staff the window just tell us it’s closed.

this pharmacy is a nightmare. the lines are always long. the pharmacy staff is unhelpful & hostile. the signage and online information is incorrect, leading to regular recurring inconveniences & constant frustration. I dread having to go there.

It shouldn't take 5 days to fill a prescription. I don't care how short staffed they are. Yes, the staff are friendly but while I was standing in line waiting for about 15 minutes ( actual time ) in order to have a 3 minute conversation with the pharmacist because it takes them about an hour if you decide to call, and to top it off they want you to use the append that only makes everything worse.

I understand their under staffed and busy but to keep a customer on hold for a hour waiting to ask about a prescription transferred is non sense! Takes 2 mins out of their time to answer the phones. If they hired people that are willing to work just for phones and cash register it would minimize the pharmacists from taking time to do that extra stuff. No need to have a special degree to do that job. Hire!! I'm tired of having to go out of town.

Worst pharmacy ever. Staff has bad attitude, Scripts not getting filled after several days, no one answering phones, only two people working, drive thru closed. Called provider and changed pharmacy. New pharmacy filled everything within 30 minutes.

The worst cvs. I’ve been waiting days for a medication that never got filled and every time I have tried calling the pharmacy to see what is going on I have waited on hold for so long to the point I had to hang up. I currently have been waiting to talk to someone about it for over an hour on the phone.

Horrible customer service. I asked to use the bathroom and the employee straight up didn't let me. I went in and tried to get a drink and the workers where giving me looks, and kicked me out because i was using a cart? Also, i had a super small backpack and they made me leave it outside. Do not recommend.
