My sister in law and I went into purchase an built in fireplace/ heater.We had a 10% off coupon. We were sent to see an associate named Joyce. She was very helpful, but the coupon wasn't being taken. She went above and beyond to make sure that we got the 10% off. She is an asset to the company.I love this store. It's so convenient and local.

Well, seems that they have it all under control as for safety and cleanliness. It's the most employees I have ever seen at a Home Depot at one time. Before you could not find an employee to assist you, now they are finally visible and helpful.

ALEXIS is Fantastic! I hope this home depot realizes how good of an employee she is. I placed a LARGE order for shingles online that were to be delivered from this store. I used a gift card for part of my purchase and managed to realize i ordered the WRONG shingles and the ones i needed are not available. I had to call the store to cancel, first girl her name eludes me did nothing. No refund to card no nada, just an email confirmation that it was cancelled. I waited about a week and called and got Alexis who answered all my prayers. She got my credit card funds returned right away and had a replacement sent out to me for my $250 gift card!! Thank you so much!

I have been doing home renovations on my home for the last year and a large majority of items have been purchased by me or my contractor through this Home Depot. I bought a vanity for my upstairs bathroom renovation. It cost a total of $1800! I never go for the best but I’m older and wanted my bathroom to finally be just how I wanted. I hate all Home Depot's now, they all suck. They always have only one register open and they try to force you to use the self check out which I refuse to do. Basically if you come in the wrong end of the store you have to push your stuff all the way to the other end of the store pay and then go back to the previous end of the store in order to get to your vehicle. Home Depot employees should strike, they refuse to pay them the same wages McDonald's employees get $15 an hour so instead of accommodating the employees they're accommodating themselves by putting in all the self check out at the expenses of the customers.

This Home Depot is so well organized and everyone working there was SO helpful and friendly. I normally dread going to Home Depot because it's usually hard to find any workers or anyone to help you, but that was not the case here! They were so informative, friendly, and helpful!

Horrible customer service and delivery team. Numerous calls and spoke with George & Joyce of Appliances. Nothing resolved - next step is to call local news station. Team is not customer service focused nor empathic. Will shop at Lowe's from now on.

I've never been angry enough to leave a review for anything but such Incompetent staff, turned something as simple as getting some ceiling tiles into an over 30 minute ordeal at the register. Ended up leaving with nothing because they couldn't figure things out. They tried to make me do all the legwork, they were apparently too bothered to go check a price for my items because they didn't put barcodes on them. Yea, no thanks. Support your local mom and pop stores folks.

Employees don't want to help and just want to talk amongst themselves. I waited 20 minutes for someone to make keys and not one employee out of several that walked by could help. Finally after going to service desk the girl there went over and made keys.

I was looking to order a Ryobi product online and was unable to, but saw that the product was listed as limited stock and to call the Bridgewater store. I was lucky enough to call and have DeeDee pick up and help me! After giving her the item number, she went and checked for it and was unable to locate it, but said there was one listed as in stock. DeeDee went above and beyond and offered to have other employees help look for the product and call me back to let me know if they had it or not. This is by far one of the best customer service experiences I've had with a store in a long time. This time of year is crazy busy at HomeDepot but DeeDee took the time to help me.

Horrible experience in this store today.... after spending a lot... It is of little surprise that the pro area is always empty in this store.... every time I have been in this location, there is no loading help and employees don't want to be bothered to help with anything in general. Placed a onlne order so I can be in and out,but instead wait 20 minutes in a 3 person line.If I didn't pay for it already I would of just walked down the isle picked it up and cashed out. Even the woman at the counter is telling the other worker "I call down to them and they say ya ya I be right down and they never show up" I would of called for manager ,but didn't have another 20 minutes to wait,I believe manager on duty was Michelle monkay as she had her photo there but of course not physically there.
