In addition, when we went back to pick up the watch, she was so helpful and explained the warranty and all the details. Daniel from the Brockton, MA location was very helpful to me when I went into the store with a broken necklace where the pearl fell off. Although the pearl wasn't covered, I was able to buy a warranty since it had been under a year since I purchased the necklace. The claw clip on the necklace was very small so with purchasing the warranty it allowed me to get a bigger claw clip so that I was able to put the necklace on by myself. Daniel was able to quote me a price and gave me a discount to purchase the new pearl and I was extremely happy with how he explained everything and was very friendly and nice. I would recommend Daniel and the Brockton Kay Jewelers store!”

“Have been meaning to write a positive review re Chateau Jewelers after they added diamonds to my 50+ year-old wedding ring a few months ago. When I went to pick it up, the guy who did the work came running out from the back room saying, "Wait! I want to see her face when she sees the upgraded ring!" I was absolutely delighted and I guess I showed my enthusiasm. Lovely to see a skilled jeweler take such pride in his workmanship. I don't buy much jewelry but would trust Chateau if/when I do. They made the experience fun!”
