“I’m only given five stars because how amazing Georgia from the Brockton location is. The first time I went into Kay’s was in the Braintree location and it was the worst experience that I’ve ever had and decided never to go back. I was searching for An engagement ring and the people in the Braintree location were so cold. I decided to take another chance again with Kay’s at the Brockton location and that’s where I met Georgia. She got to know me and my partner as individuals and not just another check. We have been going to Georgia now for over seven years and she was so welcoming and did not make me feel as if I was being judged because I didn’t know Jewelry or because I didn’t know what I was looking for. She didn’t try to play me. She treated me like I was human and I will always love that about Georgia. Because of her I have continued to go to Kay’s and buy Jewelry seven years later. “I called this Hannoush on a hope and a prayer a week before my wedding due to my setting for my diamond being an absolute mess. My engagement ring was not bought at Hannoush, however, we had always heard good things about them so we gave it a shot. It was a 4-prong originally and it was always getting loose and became so crooked.
They told me to come in that same day I called to see what they could do. They ended up changing the head entirely to a 6-prong for me, for a reasonable price in my opinion. The gentleman that took care of me was the real MVP and made sure the timeline of fixing the ring would align with the wedding. I picked it up quite literally the DAY before the wedding and I was absolutely blown away by how it turned out. It looks even better than it did before and I’m absolutely in love with the results. So thankful for their calm energy, great customer care, and the beautiful job they did on my ring. My family and I also looked around after picking up my ring and they have some really gorgeous stuff in there. Would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back in the future.”

“Purchased a solid sterling silver flute from Anne and spent some time exploring the store.
Everything was wonderfully curated, with interesting, unique, and rare items from floor to ceiling. One especially cool detail was noticing the grand pianos throughout the shop, all in various stages of repair by Anne’s husband. It added a really unique character to the space. Anne was also actively cleaning vinyl records while we talked, which spoke volumes about the care they put into their collection.
Anne was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared fun stories that made the whole experience even better.
I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in the area. There’s truly something for everyone.”

“I had my engagement ring fixed with replacing 2 diamonds and taking the setting down a bit due to it catching on my clothes. I then changed to white gold along with my band. The ring is now more beautiful than it was! He worked on the prongs to make sure stones were now secure. It was a good price for what was done. “I originally went to Chateau Jewelers for some jewelry repair. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I went back with a large dichroic glass “bauble” that I made in my kiln and asked for it to be set in sterling silver. They did an amazing job! I agreed to artistic freedom and was so pleased with results. I personally can’t recommend them enough.
