the customer service was really good brake job was expensive but good my only complaint is I paid 1100 to replace temperature sensor it didn't work now i'm told its something else which is an extra 600 so they initial 1100 was a donation I guess, and since I have trust issues I will have to find someone else to actually fix the temperature sensor.

Good people down at the Bridgewater Center location! Oz and the rest of the crew are welcoming, good at explaining what's going on and Oz has worked out deals for me and comped me on some items/services. They also have several financing options if you're short on cash. The location is also right across from a plaza with many stores and restaurants so you can do some errands or grab something to eat while you're waiting. That said, their lobby and bathroom are well maintained and clean, and free wifi is available so waiting at the location isn't bad either!
Thanks much to Oz and the crew for hooking me up and helping me keep my car running!

Dropped my car off today for an oil change and the guys here were already sending me updates on my vehicle within 15 minutes of me dropping off my car. They make sure that you know what’s going on with your car in real time. It made the experience comforting. I was able to pick my car up 30 minutes later. Thanks Midas Bridgewater!

I’ll start this by saying that I highly dislike dealing with anything automotive, constantly feeling like I’m getting ripped off anytime something is wrong with my car. To some extent you know what you’re getting into walking into one of these chain shops but incase another young girl happens across this review I hope it can save someone some $$$ ! I made an appointment to have my car looked at at 1pm, the car wasn’t brought in until almost 3 o’clock. They show/tell me I need new brakes, rotors and calipers. I drive a 2010 vw that I bought for around 4k. They tell me brakes, rotors & calipers will be $1300. (Value of the car doesn’t make this make sense) When I say no to that and ask to just take my car he brings it down to $1000 (still outrageous) say no and am waiting for my car to be off the lift. While I’m waiting for my car to be brought out a mechanic comes out and says if I come back on Wednesday they’ll do it cheaper. It all just seemed very sketchy to me & when I got my car back it smelled like cigarettes. I’m getting new brakes, rotors & calipers today for $400 in Weymouth. MIDAS IS A RIP OFF!!!

Outrageous treatment of customers. Turning away paying customers and very unfriendly attitude. Was asking about availability to check my tires and an oil change but before I could even finish my sentence to specify about the oil change as well, was cut off and told they “dont have time for this now bro”.
First of all I’m not your bro, fix your attitude. Second, you’re dealing with customer service. Learn some customer service skills and speech etiquette. I will never go back here again and I will cross post this review to expose them.

I have had numerous poor experiences with this location. The last one was the final. Quoted one price for tires to find a bunch of unquoted fees in the final price after work was performed. They make their prices appear lower then competition to add in later. Called about it and was offered a free oil change. Went to schedule a while later and they refused my oil change as no one "entered anything in the notes". Theres so many better more trustworthy options. I dont know why anyone would go here.

I had two tires replaced. Service was great and on time. There were some invoicing issues that soured an otherwise positive experience but management won me over by correcting the situation. They instantly built back their integrity with their quick response and corrective actions. Thanks very much and kudos to a job well done.

I have been having my car serviced by Midas of Bridgewater, exclusively, since I purchased it in 2017. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. They are always accommodating about scheduling appointments. I feel like I can trust them and that is very important to me!
