“The owner Timothy and his workers were extremely polite and good quality guys. His workers worked very hard in efficiently during the entire process. The two workers went over the top when it came to wrapping items. The prices were great and they beat everybody in or around town! I would definitely use this company again. The most important part is that I discussed with the owner Timothy that I needed immediate assistance 14 hours later and he was there right on time that following morning. Nothing of mine was damaged, scratched, or dented by any means and the whole process was flawless. “My experience with Astro International was excellent! In autumn 2020 I needed to arrange a move from the USA to the UK quickly because I'd just been issued a UK spouse visa. Peter was very patient and responsive in answering my many questions and helping me to organize everything. This included bringing some items from my mother's house in another state to his warehouse so that all my belongings could depart together from the East Coast. He and his team were very kind and friendly when they came to pick up my items from my home as well. There was a delay in delivery due to Brexit, not at all Astro's fault (the consolidator was delayed in loading shipments because of congestion at UK ports). But even the combined chaos of a global pandemic and Brexit did not stop Astro International from getting my items to the UK safe and sound in the end. Arranging an overseas move for the first time felt very overwhelming, but I'm so glad I chose Astro International to help me with it. Peter's patience and guidance, and Astro's overall service, were all first-rate!”

“A great place to store your belongings. Everette Street Storage has 24/7 access. It's clean, secure with cameras and most of all, the owner and staff are great to deal with. They will do everything within reason to make your stay a pleasant experience. I rented my storage unit from them for a couple of years. They also have rental pay deduction taken directly from your checking account so it takes the worry out of missing your monthly payment.Truly the best storage facility in the area!”

They were amazing right from the start by arriving early in the rain. They never once complained and continually told us that they would take care of us, which they did. “I recently used Mercury for a move from the North End to their storage facilities. I picked Mercury over their competitors for a few reasons: - Communication – Mercury actually answers their phone when you call and they respond to emails. There might not be a wizard to calculate how much your move costs, but that is because a human being actually thinks about it. A human with extensive experience in how your move is different than the ones before it. - Pricing – As an added benefit, they have some of the best pricing in the market for an established company. You might find two guys with a truck offering you a better price, but Mercury comes with all the extras. Like how to properly wrap and pack a floor mirror, that weird lamp, or unscrewing the bracket that is above your reach. - Quality – They wrapped my Ikea purchases with the same care of my big wall mirror. It was impressive to watch them pack efficiently and with great care for everything. There are no newbies here – just experts. - Staff – Everyone I have worked with is very nice, timely, and professional. In the spirit of disclosure, this is my 5th move with Mercury over the span of 10 years (2006, 2008, 2010, 2011, and 2015). Over those years, my little sister and family members have hired them regularly as well. At my most recent move, Melvin and Santiago recognized me from prior moves… and remembered that my mom had given them fresh chicken eggs over the summer when they helped her. I'm almost positive there is no fancy CRM system helping them remember those facts. They remembered because they are all cordial, polite, and genuine people who care about the customers they work with.”

“Dustin and his guys are great, I asked them to drop the container off at a difficult location in my backyard and they were able to do it, and pick it up with no trouble. Towards the end of my need for the container I reached out to Dustin about the fees for going beyond the monthly payment date and he helped me with getting a daily rate so I wouldn't have to pay the full monthly rate. I would highly recommend Go Minis.”

“I purchased a dresser from ikea, brought it home in 3 boxes, then was told by a friend that ikea had a service where they assembled the furniture for you. So I called ikea, and they gave me the # to Urban Express. For $95, they would come to my house, and assemble the dresser here. I was told I would receive a call the night before & be given a 4 hour window for delivery. That did not happen. But I did receive a call at 8:10 am asking if driver could come in 20 mins- Awesome!!! 2 very nice men arrived at 8:30, and had my dresser put together in under an hour. I could deduct a star for no phone call the night before, but these guys did a great job. I'm giving them the 5 stars!”
