We recently used New Generation Moving and were very appreciative of the two movers who helped us. They worked hard, had great energy, and made the moving day surprisingly enjoyable. Communication was easy, and they were attentive when we directed them to different rooms.
A few items could have been handled with a bit more care, as there were some minor dings and dents, but overall they were a reliable and friendly team who got the job done efficiently.

We had a wonderful experience with New Generation when moving houses. From the time that I submitted an inquiry, they communicated well and provided a competitive quote. On the day of the move, they were on time, took great care of our possessions, were friendly, and finished our job ahead of schedule (which made the cost of the move even lower than quoted). I would definitely use them again or recommend them to friends and family.

My first contact was Kurt and he put me at ease with my move after explaining that the last move was I had damaged four of my items. He assured me that all furniture was either wrapped or covered in blankets and that nothing would be exposed to the elements. The movers were awesome! As sometimes accidents happen, one of my glass panels for my coffee table snapped in half BUT!! And this is important! They replaced the glass panel and delivered it to my new home. I am so pleased with this companies, expertise and care of the customer. The next time I move and I hope that’s not too soon, I will definitely use New Generation Moving and Storage. I highly recommend them

Next Generation Moving was a fantastic business to work with. Moving from one home to another is stressful enough but with their help it was easy. We had 4 men come to our home to help us to move, all were very pleasant and the best part was that they worked as a team moving large furniture up our platform staircase and placing where it needed to go. We also had 3 massive pieces to be moved down into our basement which my husband said couldn't be done. These guys took their time, talked in through and moved the pieces down the stairs. Big shout out to Next Generation Moving not only do I highly recommend them but going forward this will be the only company I will ever work with!!

New Generation moved the entire contents of my mom's three level condo into their storage facility while her new place is being built. They were efficient, friendly, and super careful...treating everything like it was their own. A health emergency came up while things were still in storage and we needed an urgent delivery of a big piece they were holding in storage for us. They were so helpful and caring and went out of their way to help quickly. They truly went above and beyond while at the house, too. So happy to have such confidence in this crew!

Surprise! Let us inform you after we’ve moved you in that we under-estimated our quote by 35%. Oh yes, this is after we tipped the 3 movers handsomely. Be careful of a low ball estimate to get your job, then hold you hostage later on. No response from owner after asking to speak with him. Would have liked to before posting this review and informing him his movers, who did work hard, also scarred our new hardwood stairs.

I had to cancel my move date several times due to unforeseen circumstances and Kurt was so flexible and accommodating- even fitting me in at the last minute. The guys who moved our stuff in were professional, clean and thorough. Definitely recommend

Our sales rep Kurt was awesome! Kept it super easy and accurate. Gave us great tips to save money and make the whole process a breeze! The moving team did a fabulous job. Friendly and fun to work with, this moving team seems to be a bunch of veteran guys who get the job done efficiently and without damaging anything! I highly recommend new generation moving and storage and am so glad my family went with them!!

My 80 year old mother moved from the house she has lived for the last 60 years to an adult community in Middleboro MA. These guys were absolutely wonderful to work with and offered a fair price to pick up and deliver. All the employees were careful, polite and left both houses clean. Very hard workers! Would definitely use again.

Next Generation is fantastic! I have used them several times over the past few years. Every move has been great! Recently they moved office furniture for us. I was scheduling the move last minute and they were very accommodating. During the scheduling/quote process, they made everything so easy and responded quickly. The actual move went amazing, the movers were great, polite, communicative, and hardworking. They took care moving, loading and unloading our furniture. I really appreciate the effort the Next Generation team put in!
