“I recently switched to a new insurance plan and was having a very difficult time getting my prescriptions sorted out. I went to CVS expecting a quick conversation, but what I received was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Pharmacist Brett Murphy went completely above and beyond to help me. He spent nearly two hours working through multiple insurance issues, making phone calls, and advocating on my behalf to find answers. Throughout the entire process, he remained patient, professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to helping me. What impressed me most was his ability to multitask under pressure. While assisting me, he was also filling prescriptions, helping other customers, overseeing pharmacy operations, and coordinating with insurance representatives all without ever making me feel rushed or unimportant, but rather made me feel important and cared for. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, Brett reminded me that there are still people who truly care about helping others. His dedication, kindness, and work ethic made a stressful situation much easier to navigate, and I am incredibly grateful for his help. CVS is fortunate to have someone like Brett on their team.
