Wish I could give 0 stars. Talked directly to pharmacist HOURS ago. Said my script would be ready in 15 minutes. I told them I'd arrive at 5 and I'm STILL waiting for this prescription while the workers just yap away behind the counter. It's a single-prepackaged box of insulin needles.. unreal how disrespectful the people are here. SAVE YOURSELF AND GO ELSEWHERE

Impossible to get ahold of the pharmacy over the phone. Cannot get past the automated voice - it is awful. And no, I don’t want to download another app.

That pharmacy is a horrible and the lady w that braids got attitude problem that work today 6/25/2024 time firm 3:00 it’s not ok that they never have ppl stuff ready when they say it ready .

As of the writing of this review, the pharmacy is horrifically understaffed—and it shows. Sometimes, a prescription will show up in the app as pending, and I'll need to call them so they actually fill it... I'm patient, so I don't mind sitting on hold for half an hour or so if it means someone will pick up and fill my meds—but when I called Friday, I was on hold for 2 hours. When my mother went to collect my meds (she had to notify them in person so they'd fill it!), she had to wait in a very long line. Apparently, they have not been picking up the phone at all!?
The pharmacy staff are friendly in-person, but clearly they need more hands on deck. Not sure what's going on here, but someone should seriously look into this. Hire more staff—and if your hires are quitting, please figure out why. I understand that things are a bit crazy, but there are people who rely on their meds to live and who, unlike me, don't have the free time to wait on hold for 30-60 minutes.

If I could give less stars then one, I would. The Pharmacist and her staff are evil people. They play god by not giving you needed medication because of a mere technicality. Stay away from this CVS if at all possible. Your life may depend on it.

This place is a hot mess. The pharmacist literally told the lady in front of me to switch pharmacies because “the other one’s way better”. Not sure what’s going on here but it is not a reliable way for people to get their medication. The place is incapable of performing basic pharmacy duties and I’ve decided to switch to somewhere much farther just so I can….actually get my meds lol

The two women working at the pharmacy were great, but they were the only two. It's so horribly short staffed that my prescription took over an hour of waiting in the store. It had said 'in process' on the CVS app for three days before I finally went in person and just waited myself. Until they hire more people, I do not recommend. Maybe they should be offering better incentives to work there if they can't find anyone.

Worst CVS I've ever been to. The pharmacy is terrible - I could write a full paragraph while waiting in line for the 2nd time. But I know nothing will change - so I will! Onto a different pharmacy. I would recommend NOT coming here.

Does anyone actually work at this pharmacy? Every time I've called (tried many different times on different days), I've been on hold for 30+ minutes and no one has ever answered

I've gone at all different times if the day since I live within walking distance, and no matter what, the pharmacy always has the longest line. The pharmacy opens at 9 am, I went at 9:50 this morning and it was still closed with a line of people already with no information about when/if it'll open. My doctor called in a prescription yesterday at 10 am, went to pick it up at 7 pm, and was told I'd take another 45 minutes. If there's was any other pharmacy closer to me, I'd switch in a heartbeat. But unfortunately I'm stuck here. A note about the retail store- prices are ALWAYS wrong. The tag will say one thing, and it comes up as a different (higher) price when you go to check out. No one is updating price tags.

Pharmacy has gone way downhill. It's always a battle for me to get a script filled...Holds even though my Dr called in an approval, delays, delays, long waits..terrible.
