Five Star Movers were amazing! They were on time, diligent, and had extra supplies on hand and readily available if we needed it. They were efficient and we would definitely hire them again in the future.

They overcharged me. Over the phone Chris told me he thought it would take 5-6 hours to move my items at $185/hr but if it was less time, I would be charged only for the time it took. I thought he way overestimated for the amount of stuff I needed moved (1 sofa, two mattresses, two dressers and a peloton moved 5 miles down the street). They took a $185 deposit for one hour of work. Chris sent me an estimate that said there was a three hour minimum but travel time was included (he didn’t say that on the phone, but I continued anyway because a minimum time is reasonable). The day of, the crew was 2 hours late and then the work only took 1 hour. They first tried to charge me for 6 hours at $1110. I told the guy that Chris said I’d only be charged for the time it took. He then charged me the three hour minimum plus 1.5 hours of travel time (plus I already paid the $185 deposit). So I paid for 5.5 hours of work (over $1000) for 1 hour of work. Complete ripoff.

I am amazed at how hard these guys work! Gustavo lead his team, that included Jose, Orlando and Ronal, with professionalism and resolve. They did an incredible job moving everything we asked, including our piano, and made multiple stops for us along the way. They started the move day with half a truck full of our items that had been held in storage at Five Stars' warehouse (also recommended) for the past 10 weeks. When it got late in the day, the guys chose to keep going until the job was done instead of coming back the next day. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Five Stars Movers!

Tony F, Borres, yoryais, were absolutely wonderful, they helped me move 3 storage units worth of items into a 3rd story home, they were very kind, helpful, and very careful with all my items. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs moving services done.
