Jon and Tom both are very helpful, and know what they’re doing. They’ve fixed my transit rotors, engine oil switches and done my inspection. Some of them not easy jobs but they’re more than willing to take a look for free. They’re the best!

Got chased into the parking lot by the guy who inspected my vehicle. He accused me of "distracted driving" because I was looking at my dashboard as I backed out of the garage. I'm not sure he realizes that backup cameras are pretty standard these days. My attempts to defend myself were met with profanity.
I'd give one star, but frankly he was very efficient and got me out in what felt like 5 minutes. Also the lady working the desk was very kind.

I’m from CA and have never had such great service! They did the state check in under 5 minutes and were nice enough to put the new plates on for me!

I was there for car inspection this morning and received the worst customer service. The person who handled my car was very rude to me when I tried to kindly explain how to shift the gears as it is a new Tesla model which has its unique system, he explicitly said “get out of here, I know how to do my job” with such arrogance. I’m never a person who complain but I cannot tolerate this kind of attitude. He ended up not figuring out how to move the car after rudely clicking on the screen many times and had to come and ask me. He probably had a bad day but this is not how you treat your customers. Really hope that this will never happen to another person.

I’m never giving my business to anyone else!
My car was making a very strange noise and decided to take it down to McKenzie Motors to have it looked at. From the moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted with warmth and understanding.
I explained the issue (even though it conveniently did not make the sound I was describing to him), Jon assured me that he believed me and he would take a look.
Upon inspection, he also noticed I needed a tire rotation and oil change and called to confirm if he could also take care of that as well.
It may just have been another day for Jon, but i have never received such genuine service with my vehicle before.
I cannot recommend McKenzie Motors enough!
