“Let me start by saying this is a five star review unless you have a fish. Hello, welcome to my review of the Popped Pouch. You will think this should be a one star review if you only had a fish, but you will not think it is a one star EXPERIENCE. It's a four Star experience plus one star if you have a cat or dog. This brings it to the fifth star. The P*** Porch has everything you'd dream of if you have dogful/catful fishless inside living. It's small but packed with canine and feline marineless necessities. Cool treats and quirky fun toys for pets as long as they are cats or dogs. They have one employee and sometimes that employee changes but the previous one comes back the next day and the newer one leaves until the first one is done with Jury Duty or whatever. They don't sell any fish food, or it might be in the back or something, just ask the employee if it's the first guy, he might say "no" though. I'm sure he says it in a nice way with a little animal pun joke.”

“Awesome little shop. Staff is super kind and friendly. They always have nice brands and great foods. Nobody nearby sells Open Farm so it's nice to have a local spot. A bit small inside so if it's busy be prepared to wait/squeeze by but overall it's an awesome little shop. Found out about them through their Portland Maine shop and will be back many times to come.”

“We have been getting our dog food from this store for over 10 years, but recently our children wanted to get fish - we stopped in got everything we need, and had great advice on setting up the tank, and when to get fish- we came back 2 days later and the kids were greeted with helpful, and knowledgeable staff, that also went above and beyond to help them explore other pets we weren't going home with (Scorpion, ferret, etc) and gave them a Halloween treat. Thank you for being friendly, helpful, and conveniently located in Medford!”

“I'm here all the time with my dog and we both love it. They have a huge selection of treats and toys. The store managers are always so kind and helpful and willing to order supplies that they may not carry in store. We ordered a fantastic dog bed (that our cat can't get enough of either) and leashes and pop in every few weeks for treats and other regular supplies. Highly recommend as a local pet supply store!”

“My 12 year-old Maltese went to dog heaven in June due to congestive heart failure. He didn’t eat anything for the last couple of days so he was very weak. “I’ve brought my dog Sherlock in a few times for a bath and nail trim. Last time we got a call “do you like the grinch toes or should I trim those?” (referring to our dog’s fur on his feet). We kept the “grinch” toes and both Sherlock and we were happy about it!Also they have a great supply of dog treats (and catnip toys that I supply to my in-law’s cat out in Bolton).”

This way you don't have to guess whether your dog would like something it or not! I have also bought their lobster and crab toy and they are still in good condition and very good quality!”

“The last two years I have gotten my dog's birthday cake from here! I have had it shipped both times and both times the cakes came well packaged and still perfectly put together! They are absolutely adorable. Their cakes are chicken free, which is great since my dog has an allergy. I love how you can specify a theme and color you want. My dog absolutely loves the cake and literally pulled it out of my hands last night to eat it! When reaching out to the company on instagram with questions and customizations, they are so friendly and helpful! They even reached out to clarify that the hot dog toppers had chicken and asked what I would like instead. My friends have now also gotten cakes here and their dogs loved their cakes as well. I highly recommend!!”

“I'm reviewing only for the grooming service. I had a really bad experience at PetSmart that left my Cavalier KC traumatized and in the ER; you can imagine I was pretty anxious in taking my baby back to a new place. Daniella is the only groomer there so she personally takes care of each dog from beginning to end. I explained all that had happened in the past and she was super understanding, texted and kept me updated throughout the service until the end plus my doggie looked so fluffy, cute and well groomed! I'm definitely going back to her! The price is also very reasonable so a plus on that as well! Thank you Daniella!”

“Amazing staff! They were super helpful and friendly. Alexandra gave us a fish masterclass when we went in to get a fish. We ended up prepping the tank appropriately and returning a few days later to get the fish (we also now have two tanks instead of one haha). I'm glad we did all the prepping because the fish are doing great!”
