Rude, unprofessional staff. The one man working the counter (John?) is especially unpleasant and needs proper training on the basics of the mailing process.

I have never dealt with anyone who has ever been nice there. All the employees behaviors and lack of professionalism is absolute rubbish. The rudest, most arrogant and disrespectful staff. I don't understand and will never try to comprehend why they act like they do. Do they really think they are better than anybody else around them? I avoid them at all costs all the time. I go to surrounding areas. Even my mail, they can't read who lives here. Always giving me other people mail or mines been written on or opened. They are useless

I'm curious why the post office can raise there rates for shipping and I still have to take my time to pick up my own packages at the post office. The only delivery service that doesn't deliver!

shoves packages that don’t fit into the mail box, our old mail person used to come in our yard and take all of our recyclables and harass us for them when they weren’t out, put a beware the dog sticker in our mailbox for our extremely friendly dog who had an electric fence so he couldn’t reach the mailbox

I constantly get emails saying my package was attempted to be delivered but couldn’t when someone is actually home. It’s a long driveway that the delivery person doesn’t want to drive down. LAZY! Amazon needs to get away from the USPS!

This is the second time that I was treated in an unprofessional way by the person working at the post office. She threatened to send my daughters pkg back to sender if I didn't take it. When I question whether that was OK she stated it was a rule when I commented there were lots if rules at the post office she refused to give me the pkg. When I questioned whether she had the right to keep the pkg she reported that she did. This person is unprofessional and I feel as a tax paying citizen of Brimfield I should be able to get my mail without being harassed.
