I never got my package and it went back to 47brand with no refund or reshipping it. i never heard back from 47brand. what a waste of time and money.

This company really does make some great apparel, the quality really is great. That’s why it’s ironic that their customer service is completely nonexistent!I have been a customer for years and have encountered nearly every problem listed in the negative reviews here. Mistakes on their end with the order, insanely long turnaround times from ordering to shipment - every time customer service has not replied or needed to be prodded multiple times.I would add a couple of suggestions here on how they could improve this, but if there CS is already this bad I’m guessing they don’t have the foresight to keep an eye on review sites like this as well.But hey, 47, if you do want some pointers just reach out to me! My email should be in your system somewhere, probably listed in a few open tickets.Two stars instead of one because the quality really is that good, but it’s a shame they couldn’t earn a full 5.

Their company has really changed. They used to stick to a very low number of items at a VERY high quality and reasonable price. As they've expanded, they're starting to price too high, quality has gone down, customer service has gotten really bad, and their website has some of the worst privacy/cookies I've ever seen (and it's impossible to opt out of their non-essential cookies directly).

Super fast shipping & amazing customer service. One of the hats in my order was wrong, they responded almost instantly, shipped me a replacement & asked me to donate the extra hat!

Horrible customer service, they never reply to email messages. The quality of the T-shirt’s I purchased were horrible and the items came defective. I would t recommend ordering from 47 brands website.

I received a 47 Cleanup hat for Christmas. I liked it's fit so much, that I ordered a different color. I tried to order on their website. I selected the color I wanted and sent off my payment.I then received a computer generated email stating that they were sending a different color, not the color I selected.For two days, I sent emails and received no reply. Then, I received an email stating that once an order is placed, it can never be changed.This happened even though it was their fault that this was the wrong item, ordered by them, not by me, and it had not even started to ship yet.About a minute after that email, I received another email stating that a label had *just* been created for shipping. A "real" company would have turned this around for the customer.I WOULD NEVER ORDER OFF OF THEIR WEBSITE, OR WEAR THEIR PRODUCT AGAIN.Buy off of Amazon, or just avoid this company altogether.Embarassingly nonexistent customer service.No hands on the steering wheel. Just an empty money making machine with zero customer empathy. With this sad company, the customer seemingly always comes last.BEWARE!!!

I have had the worst customer experience with 47 brand. I ordered a shirt and received the wrong size and type. I ordered a L and they sent XXL as well as the wrong shirt type. I have now spent over 27 days trying to get my shirt exchanged with no success. They keep saying “they are working on it.” It is an exchange not rocket science! I spent $30 on a T-shirt and I as anybody would, want the size and type shirt I bought. Their service has been ridiculous and I am stuck with a paid in full XXL shirt that I didn’t order! I will never order from this company again!

A hat was ordered online but quality wasn't up to the mark when received.So contacted customer service & the issue was resolved within hours.Never seen so prompt & appreciative service ever. Thank you.
