I'm disappointed on how I bought wipers for my car and came back a couple of weeks later, after I had a hard time putting them on. Asked for help to put them on. There were 5 employees there, and was told they couldn't help me because not enough people.. Only one employee was busy. It was a customer who ended up offering to help me. And a bit later the employee who was busy, came out to help me. It only took 5 mins of his time and the customer to put them on. The others could not bother. Thank you to the customer and that ONE employee who was busy, but took the time to help me. The rest of them need to learn from him what it means by customer service. Thank God there are still some good people in the world.

Went to return a water pump for my son. Was told I couldn't at that lain because it takes 2 employees to process the return so I went to another one across town and was told no again because my son, although he paid from his debit card, he used Apple pay so the return has to be issued with the phone being scanned not the debit card. 45 minutes later and I'm On my way to pick him up now. No good deed....

Friendly staff, they help you find what you need.
I won't be fooled by a mechanic, I had my engine light checked, and I know what the problem is before going in for repairs.

I received the best customer service! I’m not really car savvy! But everyone was very patient with me and answered allllll my questions! I was even referred to a local mechanic to install the parts I purchased! I would definitely recommend family and friends to this autozone!

I came in today for an exchange without an receipt for an item purchased a few months back. Only used twice and stopped working. The custome service rep Jeff P worked with me to replace the item. He was kind and patient and made the experience stress free. I live on the opposite side of town and I always come to this location. They care about the customers and not just making a sale!

My check engine light came on and I was literally panicking thinking the worst. I found out online that I can go to AutoZone and they can see what the problem is. I went to this location as it was the closest to my house. They were able to figure out the issue in a matter of 5 minutes. I feel so relieved that the issue isn’t a major one and now I know exactly what to tell the car shop what to fix when I bring my car. Thank you!!
