Sold us broken dishwasher and out $700. Now Bestbuy saying out past 15 day return policy as install team not show up. Unblievable. Just buy bran new.

I am irritated beyond belief. I went for a washing machine, found one I liked and bought it. It gets delivered today and the whole thing is pretty much crushed. They don't deliver it in a box if you buy it from the outlet which I didn't know so the forklift at the warehouse completely ruined this washing machine. Then when customer service calls me they tell me they can't provide me with store credit until the item has been checked back in since I refused the delivery and then when I asked if I could get expedited shipping on the new washing machine I order they told me they can't guarantee anything even though they're the ones that ruined the washing machine. Customer service sucks pretty much wherever you go now.

I am giving a 1 star just because it’s impossible not to rate. I went to get a computer and was nicely asking questions to An associate there « Billy »At first I thought he couldn’t hear because of the attitude, then I realized he’s perfectly fine but might just be racist. He ignored me several times, told me he doesn’t understand what we want from him. This was such a awful experience, if you don’t want to interface with people like me just say so, I wouldn’t mind. But the attitude made me feel uncomfortable.

Do not buy from here. I purchased a TV and sound bar in Aug 2023. After I tested the TV, I hung it up on the wall and it worked great… For 10 days. That’s when the screen went very dim, you could barely see the picture. After reaching out to Samsung directly, I learned that the TV was previously serviced for problems and this was refurbished. More problems. I ended up returning it and just bought a new one from a different store. That sound bar sounded incredible. However, the remote control is not working. I replace the batteries still wasn’t working. I tried to connect to the sound bar via Bluetooth. Also not working the issue was not the controller. It was the sound bar ability to connect to controller (Bluetooth didn’t work either). When you buy from the store you are buying someone else’s problems. Saving money because item was open box sounds awesome until you realize the amount of extra work it creates for you only to get products that have issues.

Good place to look for a deal. We have a few appliances from here and they are exactly what we wanted and we got them at amazing prices. Some items are better than others you just have to look at what your buying and make sure it has what you need. The employees have always been incredibly helpful even when we were not buying anything and just asking questions.The description on tags saying why returned could be better to eliminate boxes being torn apart in store.

I found an over-the-range-microwave on the website that was “satisfactory” condition, which states “minor noticeable cosmetic damage.” Ok fine we will go check it out. We go there and ask to open the box. Employee opens the box from the top (one staple needed to be removed) and we look and it looks perfectly fine. She said “I don’t think this was ever opened since I had to remove a staple.” So we said sure and bought it. We get home and I mount the mounting gear and I drill the new holes in the cabinet above. We take it out of the box to mount it and BAM the right side near the back was dented so bad that the back of the microwave was protruding out enough that the microwave literally wouldn’t be able to be mounted. So we brought it back to the store. It’s partially my fault for not pulling it out completely in the store but it’s also Best Buy’s fault for 1) marking that as “satisfactory” and 2) selling something that literally can not be used. Luckily we dont live far away but if this happened to someone who lived far away, Im sure they would be irate.I dont know why they arent forced to explain the damage on the tag as to avoid this kind of issue.

I just plugged in the stereo I bought last week for almost 300$ on sale because it was “missing the remote”. The thing doesn’t even turn on. How can you sell this without even checking if it turns on?

The worst shopping experience. They blocked my card twice then they offered me to pay with paypal but they didn't know how to do it. Very bad predisposition to serve the public and the products in very bad condition. I left without buying what I needed a waste of time.

This place is ridiculous, not only you buy things and get home to find out they don’t work but the way they handle the appliances once you choose them at the store is crazy, they don’t show any respect for the clients at all, once you choose something and you decide to buy it they will grab it, drag it, throw it, slam the doors etc…Trust me, for a price difference of $100-$150 from a regular store like Lowe’s or Home Depot you might as well save the money and wait until you can buy something brand new and not go through stress and disrespect like this.I gave it a one star because there’s no 0 star option.
