Just recently, after dropping off my bike for a tune up, I asked him if I could have flexibility when picking up the bike because I explained that we were having difficulty with getting the bike rack on the car. He offered that if I could get the bike rack in the car, he could offer assistance at the store with fixing it. In short, I am extremely satisfied with the kind, respectful, professional, competent, and knowledgeable service.”
