Super unprofessional, can not find a single representative to help with taxes they have not filed. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very friendly and thorough. Drop off everything and let the professionals do their thing. No long waits. All correspondence done via email. We went in for signatures but they can even do online approval. WELL worth it. Would definitely recommend.

Catarina always does the absolute best to explain and ensure we understand the tax returns and processes. She gives us tips to make things better for the next year. She is very kind and pleasant.

Phil made the experience pleasant and easy for me. It was a huge relief for me to get some issues resolved by a professional. And I was very pleased with the outcome. Thanks again Phil.

I could not believe the lack of professionalism. I truly feel as though the representatives I worked assumed I was uneducated and poor based on my race. They pretty much ignored me after I handed them paperwork to handle a family member's taxes and gave me excuse after excuse as to while the taxes were not done. They made comments stating my credit card decline even though I had receipts showing they took the funds, which was the worst insult of all the insults I got from them trying to undermine my intelligence. This entire process took MONTHS before they (hopefully) submitted the taxes. If I can give them zero stars I would. I want to let everyone know that if you are black or are from the area, they are going to assume that you don't keep track of what's going on and that you don't have money to pay your taxes. They will do everything they can to make you feel small. Please DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES WITH THEM!

Phil did our taxes and we couldn't be more pleased! Staying well past business hours to answer questions, ease anxieties, and mostly importantly find money on our taxes. I will definitely be coming back and would definitely recommend Phil!

I called with some simple questions to see if it would be worth it or not to spend money to have my taxes prepared, versus doing them myself. I'm well past the normal April deadline, so had some worries about how to file and just wanted a few quick answers before I made an actual appointment. Apparently, Sue didn't have the time for me. In fact, she ended up hanging up on me mid sentence! Luckily, another local tax office (not going to mention a name - they'll get their good review on their own page) decided they did have the time to answer questions from a single, low-income person like me, and I've happily made an appointment to spend my money having them prepare my taxes. Way to throw away business, Sue! Attitude matters.
