“There are many good collision shops in the area. But I will not be looking for any other than Jannell should I, God forbids, need one. My two yo Volvo was rear-ended. Ryan and his team restored to a pristine condition, replacing a good number of parts. There is a lot of electronics in this car, and some was damaged. They restored it all. Ryan also took care of all interactions with insurance with the best possible outcome. Thank you, guys, great job!”
“I can't recommend New World Auto Glass enough. I had to cancel my appointment with another company because both customer's service and the technician were total jerks. Ill never use again (let's call them Safelite), and reached out to my insurance company again to try to find someone to fix my windshield. I went with New World. Jerry was super helpful from start to finish. He showed up ON TIME despite only having my name and address for my first appointment. The work couldn't be done because it was raining, which I totally understand. He rescheduled no problem, and was again ON TIME for the second appointment and before I could even get out of my house, he was already working on the car. The day after the repair he realized I had a plastic box on my old windshield that he forgot to leave. He reached out to me and offered to bring it back that day until I told him it didn't work anyway and he did me a favor getting rid of it. He was super helpful through the whole process and I would recommend him to anyone.”

“Had two broken windows and was provided a very fair quote, and a quick turnaround time! They got them back to us the same day since one of them was in our baby’s room and couldn’t be out overnight. They even made a point to say they would ensure same day repair for the baby. Very thoughtful. Totally recommend them and will be using them again if I need repairs.”
“I needed my windshield replaced after noticing a crack running up from the bottom of the glass that kept creeping upward. My insurance company transferred me to their scheduling service and we got an appointment with a Safelite tech that worked for my schedule. I was kept informed by text and email. Roberto, the Safelite tech, arrived exactly on time. He told me just what to expect and let me see the replacement windshield. He completed the repair just as he described and was super pleasant as well. My car looks great! Thank you, Roberto.”

“Wow… Simply Amazing! We had a rookie mistake of cutting a corner too close with our 5th wheel while camping and took out the back window of our F350. Drive home would be 6.5 hours with a highly annoying plastic covering but these folks got us in same day for a replacement!!!! Fast service at time of install, in and out in less than one hour!! Could not recommend enough :) customer service was excellent”

“These guys are absolutely amazing! Ive brought our car here twice since switching mechanics. First time for a tuneup, and second time to find what was causing a noise coming from the back. They took it for a test run, pinpointed the noise, found the culprit and fixed it. They showed me the part that was causing the noise and walked me through it. They’re thorough, knowledgeable and very reasonable. I highly, highly recommend!”
