Great car wash with free vacuums. the staff is great and there is always availability. I come here regularly because it is so simple and user friendly!

This was a horrible place. They have no customer services and did not know how to safely was my car. Do not recommend this place.

I've tried their car wash multiple times with various cars since they opened. The touchless wash sucks. It's always broken, not functioning properly, or is closed. The previous car wash staff was at least nice while the newer ones I interacted with simply didn't want to do their job. They told me I had to call to get a sticker for the touch less wash because they didn't want to fill one out and get me a sticker. Then later when I was told to come in person for a sticker they told be they were closing in 1 hour, then a minute later when I persisted, said for me to see the manger and for me to come back in 2 hours( aka after they left no on one was there). I've had the door close on the hood of an old jeep I had years ago. They did NOTHING to fix it. Recently, on my Audi the arm of the touch-less wash hit and dragged on my front passenger quarter panel. Don't bother go literally anywhere else.

Showed up to get gas and a couple drinks for the upcoming drive north. The drinks I wanted retail universally in the US at most $2.99 each or more typically 2 for $4.50. These bandits wanted $9 for two of them! Thanks but no thanks, if you do show up here get their gas but buy your provisions elsewhere.

If you would like your car dirtier than it was before you went in, this is the place for you. To add insult to injury the $30 wash is a complete waste of money, the rinse cycle was way too short leaving my car incredibly spotty, the drying was non existent, i had to take a towel and try and get some of it off, the windows were almost too bad to see out of and the spinning brushes almost pulled my side mirrors off. My car is generally not that dirty, in fact it was basically spotty from the last rain storm we had so this was more of a touch up wash, but it actually came out worse than it went in. Never again.

I used the laser wash as I do with all of my cars approximately a month ago. While in the wash, one of the arms struck my front bumper. I reached out to the company a day or 2 later (on the weekend) and got a response the next business day. The reason for the one star review is Stephanie, the woman I spoke with asked me to send an email to her with pictures and a description of what transpired just as I had told her on the phone. She confirmed she had received it and was going to forward it to the appropriate department and that they would be in touch. Well, now it has been almost a month and I have not heard anything back from them. I sent a follow up email, no response. Surprise, surprise. Another business that does not want to take responsibility for their machines. I hope they go out of business. My car is brand new and now a month later still only has 1800 miles on it and it looks like I will be stuck paying out of pocket to repair the damage that their machine caused.

Extremely disappointing. When you purchase a car wash- even if it's directly from the cashier, do not expect them to inform you when it's closed. I only come to this area about once a week and even during business hours they will close the car wash. I bought my car wash today with both the cashier and the man who runs the car wash in the room and no one said anything to me. I basically spent $30 that I won't ever get to use. It wasn't clear that it was closed until I got to be back and there was a cone in front of the door. This is not the first time this has happened to me here either. My mom has also had a negative experience here where she has the unlimited car wash plan, and they have not let her use it at times, even when the car wash was open. Not sure the reasoning on that one. Their hours say 7-7 but every time I've gone their car wash has been either over priced and not worth it, or closed.

Hello, I visited your East Falmouth location on 11/4, emailed you twice, and sent messages toFB to no avail, and used Bay #1 of the self-serve car wash. I ran my credit card through the reader and turned the knob to "tire cleaner". I had to wait over 2 minutes for the tire cleaner to turn on. Then I turned it to the pre-wash cycle and again it was 2 minutes before the gun stopped dispensing tire cleaner and switched to water. This pattern continued to the bitter end and my credit card was charged $22.50. I asked to speak to the manager and a staff member directed me to Ricardo, the manager. Ricardo treated me abysmally. I shared what happened to me. He repeatedly told me that I was the only person to ever make a complaint in over 2 years since the car wash opened. I told again what happened. Instead of him saying, "let me see what I can do to make things right", he asked me to follow him to Bay #1. I did as asked and Ricardo ran his card through the card reader and then had the same experience that I did. He offered no apologies, no refund, no nothing. He then told a staff member to get me a business card so I could send an email to request a refund. Ricardo then walked away without another word. I think the staff member was embarrassed by Ricardo's behavior. What kind of example is Ricardo setting for his employees? Or is he trying to teach his employees to argue with clients and call them liars? No wonder why employers are having such a hard time finding employees to work for them when the employer is rude, deceptive, and has no customer service skills. ASAP, please send me a refund of at least $22.50. Where my card was charged immediately, it would have been nice if I could have gotten a refund immediately, instead of me having to take the time to write this email and wait for probably a week for a refund. I have been a frequent loyal customer since this location opened, and many of my friends and family have been as well. Unless reparations are made, I will be sharing my experience with everyone.

They sell car washes at the pump but do not disclose up front that there is a time horizon on the code that they give you. When I went inside and asked to be issued a new code, they refused. Myself and my family have been regular customers here for years, but we will be now be bringing our business elsewhere. You will lose a lot more business in the long run by gauging people. What would it have cost you to make this right, fifty cents in soap and water? Do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

I like the self washing bays. Good place to hose down your car. Only bad thing is the traffics to try and make a left turn out of the place.

I used to have a membership with them for $19.99/mo, unlimited washes. I thought it was awesome but then I realized why I cancelled that membership. I go through the touch-less and pay $20 for the best package and I get out of the wash, take a look at my car and it's almost like the wash did absolutely nothing. My rims were dirty, dirt all over the car still and around my mirrors, and the soap stains before I even get a chance to dry it. The vacuums sometimes don't even work either. Such a nice facility and I'm just so disappointed by this place.

This place is very expensive and the quality of the was was mediocre. The wash is short and it is $18 for under the carriage rinse! Will not be back.

I went to wash my car at Prestige Car Wash in Canton. I have asked their employee twice if my car's wheels were too wide to go through the wash bay. He looked me in my eyes and said twice that it was fine. As soon as he put the car through it stopped! The car was stuck and wheels indeed were too wide. Long story short, both of my front wheels were ruined. I contacted the customer service and I was told to deal with the manager. The manager wanted to help, but could not because of the owners policy. I tried to contact the owner on multiple occasions unsuccessfully. They refused to take responsibility for their untrained personnel! If you have a nice car, do not go to Prestige.

Literally the worst car wash I've ever been to. I paid 20$ for a premium wash and my car came out with soap still on it and was not given the wax sealant that was supposed to come after the foam wash. Absolutely ridiculous. And car wash broke while I was waiting in line! Not worth the money.
