It was so easy! I wanted my tires checked because the warning light went on. Without an appointment I drove up, was instructed to simply drive in, and they fixed it in minutes. In the meantime I enjoyed free coffee in the pleasant waiting areas.Thanks to employee Ebad Khan for making my interaction experience so pleasant and easy!

Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! Took car of all the financing before I arrived and had everything queued up for when the vehicle was delivered. Signed some paperwork and drove away. Car is gorgeous. Staff is super helpful and professional. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle without question.

We purchased four of our Toyotas (two Camrys and two Highlanders) from Copeland Toyota over the last 20+ years. Todd Copeland and his team are amazing. We had to buy our son’s Rav4 during COVID low inventory situation situation elsewhere, but when his car was in a hit and run accident, we brought it in damaged and Copeland Totota dealt with our insurance company and rental. We didn’t do anything! We were just getting updates from the insurance company via e-mail and from Copeland Toyota via a phone call and then just returned the rental and picked up my son’s car in a few weeks all fixed. Easy peasy! Love this place!

Just bought my first ever brand spanking new car today from Copeland- it was an amazing experience. Hamilton was the best salesperson I could have had with me in my journey. I had a great experience with Syed Shah as my salesman at Copeland Toyota.I recently purchased a car from them and he was very helpful,patient, informative, kind, and professional. He’s very knowledgeable and his insights made me confident that I was making an informed decision about the car. He was very flexible with my schedule. The process was very quick and easy. He also kept in touch with me afterwards to check if the car was driving well and even reminded me of when to bring the car back for inspection. Because of him, my purchase was hassle and stress free. I normally hate dealing with dealerships and car salesmen but this experience was awesome. Everyone there was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend going to him for any vehicle purchase there.

This will be my third time leasing with Copeland Toyota and I always have a wonderful experience- from start to finish. Everyone from the sales to finance and service department are friendly and helpful. I’ve never felt pressured or uncomfortable in anyway. I enjoyed working with Justin on my current lease. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and always answered my follow up questions.Would highly recommend.

Made an appointment for an oil change, and once again was subject was upselling by intake service tech to the tune of $700. No thanks. I take my car in every 5k miles for service and the upselling happens every single time. I have overheard other customers frustration with the same experience. I have been coming here for years, but will be taking my business elsewhere for now on.

Id give -5 stars if I could they have no communication with anyone and never return calls or tell me what's going on. A high schooler has more communication skills then an entire group of "adults" they ordered the wrong part on my car and never called me to let me know matter of fact I called them since there so childish to return calls and inform people what's going on. You guys aren't premium service like you say you're the complete opposite of everyone you guys claim to do. Whoever is running this business is in it for the money for sure. Audrey sanford clearly has no social skills considering she's telling me what's going on with MY CAR . I thought that was quite a laugh. Everyone thinking they should buy here DONT! They are scammers and try to tell you they didn't say that even though I have them on record cause I'm tired of people telling me " I never said that" so yeah horrible company and look somewhere else for a car! Id trust a high schooler on Facebook marketplace than these pathetic "adults"

Charlene and Brett were absolutely fantastic with buying my new car would 110% work with them again and would highly recommend to ask for them! Charlene was fantastic at having all the paper work ready to go for me when I got there to take delivery and Brett was fantastic at answering any questions I had over the phone or via text. Absolutely fantastic experience over all!

So I just recently bought a 2018 Camry from this place and the entire experience was as smooth and straightforward as you could hope for. My salesman Scott was great and went over all the details with me and answered all my questions. Same goes for the finance guy Tony, I was able to ask questions and he was up front about the way it all worked. I had never bought a car from a major dealership before so I was anxious but like I said these guys made everything a breeze. I love my new car and I will absolutely recommend bringing your business to Copeland if you’re in the market for a vehicle.I test drove the car last Saturday and by Tuesday after work I was driving my new car off the lot.

Do not go here for purchasing.I went into Copeland Toyota to discuss purchasing an LE hybrid RAV4 after getting a quote over the phone, I was told to come in person the next day because they would be flexible on price and I would have the best negotiating power in person. I went in the next morning and worked with a salesperson. I gave him a few numbers based on quotes from other dealers and he proceed to come around the desk and "explain" to me why he couldn't do any of the prices. He used several "scare tactics" as a buyer:1. No supply: even though they had two cars they couldn't move at the end of the month. He told me what other dealers promised me price wise didn't exist because of low supply.2. Interest rates: he then told me maybe they could get me they car promised, but I would wait forever. Maybe save some money but by the time I would get the car the interest rates would spike like crazy and the money I saved would be gone due to financing costs. (Didn't know he worked with the fed and knew the interest rate trend) If this salesperson knows so much about interest rates and the direction they are going perhaps he should switch careers. I just wanted to talk about the price of the car.I told him I understood this and just wanted to see what number he could do. Not only did he not return with even an offer, his sales manager came over to further explain to me how little I knew about the car buying process and why my other legitimate offers from other dealers were not real or possible.His sales manager, John, told me these cars at MSRP do not exist and that he was doing me a favor charging a 5% market adjustment fee and he really should be charging 10%.I have been quoted MSRP for the same vehicle in stock from Westboro Toyota, Auto fair Toyota in Tewksbury, and Mcgee in New Hampshire, these vehicles are at these dealerships, which I was also told wouldn't be possible and only they had the car I wanted.Save yourself some time and sexist condescending attitudes from the sales people and go elsewhere. I didn't expect invoice price, but I did expect them to play ball and they refused to even come down from an offer I had for 100 dollars less. The sales person said, I mean we could beat it by 100 dollars but what would that do for you? I did expect my time to be respected and met with some sort of negotiating or back and forth towards a fair price. They are unwilling to even negotiate, despite telling me over the phone I would have the best negotiating power in person, this turned out not to be true.Save your time and money and visit a different dealer who will give you a fair price.By the way to the salesperson I worked with and the sales manager, Hybrid RAV4 LEs do exist at MSRP and I got one.
